  • Testing ion bright white creme lightener bleach and toner to dye my hair white! I have always used a powder lightener, but I found this option and had to give it a try! ⭐
    After I went and looked at my hair in other lighting I realized it was still yellow! I should have used a 30 volume for the initial bleach, but a purple shampoo helped make it less yellow and more white. I would definitely recommend this product, I really liked the cream instead of the powder.

      Do you tone? I well I haven't seen my natural color I have but I usually shave that but it's a strawberry blonde and as it grows out more it really is a combination of a medium blonde and red I don't know my mom says it's strawberry to me it looks red anyway my hair is a 10 now my roots this is the question I have for you my roots always have come in dark even in my childhood photos I never reached my eyebrows or anything like that it's really hard for me to find and eyebrow pencil cuz they're they're just really light already anyway I've been toning with t18 and I've been toning with 30 volume after my bleach I know bad the first time my hair was perfect I sure hope you get notifications for old videos and look cuz I really need advice I've asked every professional freaking hairdresser and nobody they just give me a little hot little hearts little hearts little hearts little hearts a little hearts and I don't even think they read the messages to be honest with you . So my hair has gone through a lot of trouble and not because of damage or anything like that domestic violence my ex pulled most of the back of my hair out by the root I was really scared it wasn't going to go back it took a long time. Finally I went to salon had them give me a even cute blunt cut because it was so uneven I mean when my hair started thank God to grow back can you can imagine I had like little short hairs like where my part was I was so happy it grew so fast I left it alone didn't color it let my natural color go through and and of course you know I was like okay I'm going to get ready to be a platinum blonde and then before I even touched my hair my hair started to fall out so I went to the doctor I thought well you know I just got out of a stressful marriage maybe you know that's suing it I found out I had lupus SLE as I said it's all my hair going to fall out doctor said sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't I got very lucky it was falling out by the handfuls I don't have to shave my armpits unlike you you can't even see the hair in my arms I don't have to shave my legs or anywhere else. So I use L'Oreal quick blue 30 volume developer t18 and I put t18 on my head and that went purple so fast because my hair must be so porous for being new? I don't know anyone t18 as usual did the job after I cried in the shower that my hair was purple and shampooed it like five times with a pinch of baking soda and a pinch of dawn but my roots and it's not a hot root but always do my roots last I know this is like a long but I just need to know should I use a different developer on my route then on the rest of my hair cuz I usually just right at the end comb it through rinse it out and I put massive conditioner on the ends. You see I was given 5 to 8 years and I can't go out in the sun to get my natural light hair so I just want to look good when it happens. That's it

      Hi there, yes, I have used lots of toners! You really should be using a 10 volume for toner, as that is "deposit only" As far as lightening goes, I would REALLY suggest using a 20volume, and be prepared to do it twice, letting it develop longer. 30 volume is very strong, and causes damage, but you can use lower developer like 20 volume and do it twice... (of course be careful, still strong) -|

    • @PatWallace
      @PatWallace  Рік тому +1

      You can remove that toner --- mix up a bleach bath (conditioner and bleach combo) and just let it sit for a short time to lift out the toner --- then, really you should be able to use a purple shampoo to get it nice and white...

      You are so awesome my blown away thank you so much for getting back to me it means so much to me I'm stuck here in this house all day with my Chihuahuas who are great but I can't go out in the sun I can't do s*** oops and you know sucks it sucks. So I plan on buying the ion color brilliance and white and same for the toner I can see I think you and me have pretty much the same color strawberry blonde hair my son's hair is blonde but really dirty blonde but his beard comes in very red and so are his eyebrows . Thank you again it means so much to me it's been a very tough time for me I lost my youngest son last February 25, killed himself he was 25 he would have turned 26 August 23rd he was in the army and came home found out that the girl that was dating him since middle school she wanted to get married before basic training and the whole time she was messing with his best friend. I told my husband if my hair ain't falling out now it's not going to because I can't think of anything else that would get my flare up of Lupus going so thank you so very much.

    This video is just what I needed. I just got the ion cream lightener to bleach my partner’s medium brown hair in preparation for green dye (Arctic Fox brand). I do have a question though… after bleaching and washing that out, should the hair be dried before applying color or can it still be damp? I wasn’t sure if I should dry out his freshly bleached hair before applying the green dye. Thanks again for the video! 🙂

    Its was terrible for me. Used 20 volume on dirty blonde, virgin hair. Mixed according to directions. Added some baby lits to my daughters hair. Lifted 2 shades but that took foils and 40 minutes. Left with very orange hair. Thankfully mamma knows what shes doing. I was able to cool it down. Waiting a few weeks and back to my normal

      I like the idea of the cream developer, BUT I think it actually is diluted. As you can see I ended up very yellow too. I am planning another video but the supply store is closed so back to powder this time! The next time I try this cream Lightener, I am going to use a 30/40 mix. It only just occurred to me that the cream would dilute the developer, so since we used 20 maybe it acts more like 15. Hmmm 🕵 very interesting indeed!

    • @cherylbglover
      @cherylbglover 4 роки тому +1

      I was thinking the same. I am able to use 20 volume with my other bleach and have great results. Because I'm going cabin crazy....2.5 weeks of house arrest due to coronavirus I decided to try it on me today. I did a small section of my from the underside, then I used powered bleach and did small section near it. Time left on same. The cream didnt do much at all
