CN player here, for the IS4 n15 that the video said she would shine in, there're many more other better units on IS4 n15 than using her, she is viable, but not really that good in IS4 n15 either. In the current theurgy cup (仙术杯#5) by CN streamers, she was only picked by 2 out of 24 players, which means if you shouldn't expecting to pull her for high difficulty content, as there isn't any that she excels in YET (there may be one in the future if hypergryph likes our sad cat and give her opportunity to shine tho)

Jessicalter with S3 is basically a less expensive Horn with S3 that attack airborne enemies and doesn't have a blind spot.
I am going to use jessica alter for my entire arknights career since she is i think my first 6 star and i like jessica. I am coping that she is irrelavant but i still find her a very good unit from her skills. I dont care what there is, i will always use jessica.
I honestly wanted to roll for Jessica Alter out of loyalty, Jessica was with me through thick and thin at the start of the game, I love the sad cat girl, but I´m afraid I´m gonna have to skip in order to save for the Black Knight (goat mommy) and the 2nd R6S collab.

almond is niche is like, a consecutive helidrop? which is normally good (and their best selling point) but its hard to make good use of that your archetypes gimmick is very niche to begin with, and if that wasnt bad enough almonds skill 2 twice has next to no duration, to spit even further theres 3 literally 2 free pullers who are both fantastic
if they ever make infected creatures more common in a way that doesnt make them a complete pushover almond s2 might have something going on
i might actually raise them though because i think they're funny with the power of 4 charge skill 1

Almond is arguably the best E1 puller. Her S1 pulling is identical to gladiia, while almost can cost up to 2 less DP. She doesnt have a minor self heal, but more defense than gladiia and most importantly: Her skill 2 effectively reaches pull force 2 with only skill lvl 7. It's only at E2 where the lack of pull force 2 on her S1 makes her kinda shit.

Blue Poison's main strength is sustained damage, not burst damage. S2 is for burst damage. S1 is for sustained damage.

I am not really understanding the Coldshot Hunter complain. So what if she just reload 1 bullet instead of the entire mag? The DPS doesnt change at all. Another way to phrase her talent would be that her attack interval is increased but deals increased damage. And her second skill looks synergistic with her E2 talent. Come to think of it, reloading the entire mag would have anti-synergy with her E2 trait who encourage slow attacks. The only reason I can think of why she would be bad is that she has too low damage for the attack speed tradeoff.
if coldshot the worst does that mean ray also bad for having the same archetype?
Ray negates the downsides of Hunters by completely ignoring the entire gimmick of Hunters.
Ray is good because she IGNORES what makes her archetype bad to begin with (which begs the question why HG even bothered making the archetype)

Ray stores ammo in her little wildebeast so she kind of circumvents the issue, her range is also fixed by the summon, AND she shits out damage. 6* privilege

I think she has her S3 and her "drone" to mitigate it. Like how Hoederer is bad but has talent and skill mitigate while the lower rarities don't.

Tbh I don't like her for the simple reason that she rapid fires half a mag but only does one instance of damage. Is that better due to defence? Yes. Is it super jarring? Also yes.
