Cowboy, you're the only channel on youtube that has an actual playthrough of the DLC, all the rest is walkthroughs and guides but I'm happy I can watch your genuine reactions to new zones and real exploration.
Cowboys Let’s play is great. I don’t know if it’s taboo to recommend others, but Oroboro has a let’s play too. Him and Cowboy are chill I think, so hope the recommendation isn’t bad.
Ik I'm a bit late here, but he is absolutely not the only lets player lmao. Mati and Gab Smolders just to name 2 are great. They both take time to explore and are very positive and fun people to watch in general.

Shadow keep has been my favorite area so far. Its a huge area that leads into basically every other area of the map
The hospital looking place with all the beds and the fleshies looks straight out of bloodborne
so does the entire Abyssal Woods. And the Finger birthing place and its boss. There's a lot of Bloodborne in this DLC :)

always interesting to see how I went a totally different direction in Shadow Keep than Cowboy every time we went in there.
unfortunately that overhead spike on the greatsword of damnation doesn't work on standard enemies, only works on invaders and npc invaders
Not sure if it's been mentioned but the storehouse reminds me of Aldia's Keep in Ds2 and the Grand Archives from Ds3.
My god he misses so much stuff from rushing through everything and not exploring properly
It's a bit of a meme at this point. Especially with soulslikes. He gets it all eventually for the walkthrough but sometimes I wonder it's the same guy.
Remember that he also has to actually finish the lets play to continue scheduling and completing content.
It’s a first playthrough for a content creator. Who cares.
The worst thing you can do is arriving at grace then porting out. This is something I see people do a lot. You don’t want to just move that way through the open world.

Cowboy what’s your recommendation for a good weapon as a starter for confessor at the beginning of the game
Winged Scythe is a solid early faith weapon, you can get that and flame of Frenzy incant on the weeping peninsula in limgrave early on. Also get the sacred blade ash of war, it will turn almost everything into solid faith weapon
