Good description. My situation >> I had a sinus infection from AIR CONDITIONING in the ceiling, particles were breathed in at work. I have whooshing hissing beeping tones 4 over a year now. Blew nose hard and ears popped. Went deaf in right ear. Infection cleared with antibiotics(amoxicillin)from hospital. Right ear Hearing returns. Now this EMOTIONAL STRESS OF NOISE. Tried MASKING NOISES by headphones. 4 hours a day. Bit of a relief. Annoyingly Noise comes back. DR gave “brain blocker signal medication” didnt work, instead caused MEMORY PROBLEMS. THREW POISON TABLETS in THE BIN thats were they belong. Phoned hospital and was told Still on ENT waiting list. Appt due THIS Y E A R ? Lack of DR’s & regular strikes over pay. It seems the “almighty creator” has overlooked earnoise.

Hi, I used to have tinnitus but it was really low, to the point where I could only ear it in a quiet room. Three weeks ago, I had a middle ear infection that made my tinnitus a lot worse. I fast for other reasons. Have you tried fasting? Cutting on sugar/sweets? For me, that is a liberating practice and has improved my health. Can't write much here, but I encourage you to explore.
I still remember the first day when it started and 2-3 days before that i was feeling like i was flying in air for few minutes. It started and i went to doctor after 6 months Dr. said we can't reverse the process but ringing will fade away slowly. I don't know what wil happen it's been 9 months now. You can also get temporary tinnitus from having wax blockages in your ear. Speaking from experience. As soon as the wax was removed the tinnitus stopped.
I've had Tinnitus for almost two years now... sometimes It got worse and sometimes I thought for sure it's going away... I never knew what the reason was until recently I found out that the way I've drank water out of my bottle was a bit too fast and too reckless... Putting too much water in my mouth and kinda force swallowing it... A big volume of water and therefore everything in your head is connected somehow right ? Mast cell syndrome can also cause tinnitus. Try tking zyrtec 10mg every 8 hours. Should help within a day.
