Tie a small piece of plastic onto the end of the string and use a vacuum to pull the string through the pvc.
Exactly what I was gonna say. The shop vac and grocery bag or sponge trick works every time.
A KING Valve is located on the outlet of a receiver, with that being said, if there is a valve on the inlet of a receiver, that is a QUEEN Valve, the valves you were referring to are the “suction service valve” & “liquid line service valve”.

Much love from Niagara Falls Ontario Canada 🇨🇦 Mikey 💯
(HVAC-R Service Tech since 1997)
It’s good to see another microchannel replaced. Excellent work
I like how you "keep it real". I hope that is not a dryer vent behind the unit.
Beautiful f-ing install guys. Making the trades great again!!!
Nice Job !
When wall collapses instead of screwing throughout subbase . Toggle bolt . Guarantee it works
Get a designated Pig, drill hole through pig. thread prevclog through pig. Suck out with vacuum.
Great video. Nice work, great work. Much love. We should do an update video on the changeout.
@@PipeDoctor tie a few knots in end. Sick through. Just did it. Have someone holding it on other end or dispense amount needed and let lay. It works. Just suck it out. Tie knots for weight. You da best.
Always keeping it real Mikey Pipes. Keep up the good work and make the trades great again. #LetsGoBosch #LoveBoschIds2.1
@@phillipterrrazas575 What was offensive about the post?
Darn dryer vent will dirty up that nice-new Bosch
These New Systems are Incredible. We bought a New High Performance Carrier System almost two (2) years and it has been Incredible and Super Quiet. 👍🙏
I have a carrier infinity unit and it too is a high efficiency unit. However, it’s been nothing but a nightmare and very expensive to repair. Condenser fan motor costs over 1,200 dollars to replace. Having to replace it every two years. The cost of repairs far exceeds the savings on your utility bill. Hope you have better luck than I did!!
For maintenance, I clean my drain with a cup of vinegar and let it sit for 15 minutes, then flush with a gallon of hot water every few months, the drain line is only 15' from the sump pump in basement. Just wondering if any benefit to adding that blue rope to an existing system vs. a new install.
Customer: Bosch is too expensive.
Mikey: Too bad, you want a good system to or not?
we have such high humidity that ive had to go to the pvc 1120 drain pipe on a few of the Bosch units, because they remove so much moisture from the air, but I am curious to know how that prev clog works, I could always go to a 1" if I needed to, then I doubt it would ever clog with both of those factors.
What model of label maker do you use in the field? Been looking for a compact-ish one that works well for field use. Thanks!
Well everybody's having a lovely Sunday unfortunately this Sunday I'm going to the church of drywall what you got to do to make the customers unfortunately
Good afternoon Mikey Pipes. Have a safe and happy 4th 🇺🇲 🎆 🇺🇸
Next time tie a peice of a plastic bag to your pull string and use a shop vac to suck it through the pipe
Do you offer them the carrier mura series? Inverter as well
MP you need to come up with a way the use your nitrogen to blow that drain string through the line or use the shop vacuum to suck it through.
Nice
First! I liked that carmen mix before this video came out!
Nice video. Why no heat strips?
Would drywall anchors work in plaster? Dont know myself, the houses i work at are all drywall
What is the difference between the regular vacuum pump and the recovery machine?
Mike I put in a unit at my moms house 2 weeks ago I purged with nitro the whole time but I didn’t replace the whole lineset I just replaced the part under the ground is there anything I could have done better I have pictures I can email you if that would help
Why waste the customer money on new drip pan if you can use the old one ? Good video boys
Question a alteration Mikey. I see you sat up the condenser in front of the dryer vent
Yo pipes , was Daniel sliding in hard copper for ur linset ? Then transition to soft outside ? Just curious..
Awesome so much fuckin easier through ceilings and stuff
mike you can buy metal or plastic fish tape 25 feet is like $30 your install will be 5 min not 20
Doesn't matter how good or efficient a unit is if your going to put it right under a dry vent. Would have been a good time to have moved the condenser. Might want to use a level next time you replace a thermostat. Keeping it real keeping it raw.
Tie a sandwich baggie to the rope, stuff it in the pipe. Put your vacuum on the far end and suck the rope right out
again you are there today watching television today. unquote.
Hey Peter, of Mickey Pipes Plumbing. Waiting for another dirty joke? or insight about the real world out there? Again you are there today television? Something you want to change about television or the people who are watching it. Only the good die young. Love you buddy.
@@PipeDoctor Hi, again your air b and b might be pretty big
How much refrigerant did you add for 77 feet line set?
Depends on what the manual specifies as there’s different calculations for copper diameter and what the condenser comes pre charged with.
@@Silky_boi
Every system come pre charge for 25 feet line set installer tech should charge .06 lb per feet for every additional.
Master hvac exam in 1988
@@rezadargahi9040precharge is 15’
@@kangaroogod
It’s hard to type correct letter when you have a thick finger, I really mean to type 15 feet
I think 65# recovery tank is our limit
How much does it cost for this replacement??
We don’t discuss pricing here
@@PipeDoctorwhy not?
Only rich technicians carry two sets of gauges.
You gave Peter days off because you see your employees as humans and not numbers.
Please watch that thing for 20 years and let us kno
wheres man baby at !

mikey: Why did you choose bosch? customer: cuz i'm a rich jew lol j/k
Another dryer vent behind the condenser 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
What you’re sure of is that if the system fails it is not caused by an incorrect installation !!!
Ask two times how much he worked for a company that actually cares about employees.
