    People don’t know what a good lifestyle is , I eat only home-cooked food. Sir, I eat two rotis in the morning, two rotis in the afternoon and two rotis in the evening. I don't eat anything else, isn’t this a good lifestyle. When I eat 2 rotis , vegetables & fruits my stomach gets full, but what about protein?? But I also walk, isn’t this is a good lifestyle…NO! where is your muscle maintenance workout? When was the last time you ran fast? When was the last time you sprinted or you jumped? When did you do sit-ups last? You don't know ! So people don't do muscle exercises. Strength building exercises are a must. At least one must do it for 20 minutes, 10 minutes 3 days in the week. Everyone should do it. From children to old people. Do it at your own level. Even the oldest person stands up after sitting on a chair. And he can do it 10 times. You can take support, with rope pedestal, with cane pedestal. It's also a strength building workout.
    If they take protein with it, then it will make a difference & grow some muscles. If you want take natural protein, if you want take supplements. If people just understand how to complete their proteins by taking 100gms to 200gms of some kind of high protein food like lentils, curd, paneer, dahi, mushroom, soya, eggs or nonveg in every meal & eat salads & protein first ,,then eat anything…half of the health protein will get solved.

    Sir my husband is 52 year old he has low appetite..as we are vegetarian and lean tean person with height 5.7 inch n weight 53 kg..can you suggest good protein supplements for him...his work includes lots of physical activity and also have kidney stones history...use to drink lots of water...pls suggest
