Dude...Kettlebells are so underrated! I have spent so much time convincing friends and clients that they should invest in one. Great video! Thanks for the exercises.
My 5 guaranteed do the whole body hypertrophy & all round fitness. Start on three, then work your way up to five sets per exercise (8 to 15 reps per set). Except exercise five. 1. Gorilla Rows, rather than the Gorilla clean, for triceps and back muscle. 2. Double long-cycle (the clean & then press) for upper chest, deltoids & biceps. 3. two-combo: 10 squats (+) 10 swings of the heaviest kettlebell (or the two k'bells) that you can handle. For your core and legs. 4. Squat and thrusters. Whole body. 5. (when you should already feel spent) Farmer's walk, the heaviest 2 k'bells you can handle. Aim for a minute walk first time. Then try to walk for longer each new training session. This is your whole kinetic chain, core, and muscle stretch finisher.
during the bent press you are suppose to keep the bell still while pushing your body away/under it until your arm is in lockout. you are not suppose to press the bell with your arm. please research technique, or find a qualified instructor of these moves before attempting them. if you do not, like this gentleman, with no intent to troll, or create any type of negative tension, will either injure yourself, it completely miss out on the benefits of these movements in their entirety.
“Heavy clean from a dead stop. You don’t have the benefit of the swing to help you.” Picks up bell, swings it to clean. Oh well, at least you got a pump!
His technique is ok, as he's lifting heavy. And there's some great ideas here. So I've saved the video. He's doing a variation of the windmill, which contradicts the comment further down. That's the beauty of kettle bell training, it opens a window of possibilities.
Ummm... You need to improve on form first (NOTE: Constructive criticism... You should re-do your video with lighter weights until form is mastered .. and "controlled")
Exercice for building mass... And you juste look like the average Guy.. i love kettlebell training. i found single kettlebell squat press is best for overall mass gain
No, no, your technique and strenght need to be improved, unless you have used much more heavy kettlebells than you can really handle. Check out the Pavel Tsatsouline's videos on UA-cam and you'll see what I mean.
Oh hell all these constructive criticism remarks!, at least your doing it, I don't see them making videos on how to do perfect form with kettle bells. Armchair Warriors. Lol

Some possibly decent exercises, but video production is amateurish, bad sound, and I wasn't impressed by the techniques demonstrated.
At 1:24 he starts dancing with kettlebells .
2:12 Yikes! I feel sorry for your spine
all i can see are chicken legs and a noob being controlled by the kettlebells
How he handle those KBs, He must have a back pain.
