Strength and Mobility Combination.
I originally got this idea from another coach online and decided to add the 205 lbs Atlas stone for a strongman component. This is very challenging and works everything.

*I apologize for the audio we were having technical difficulties with the mic. Turn it up it should work but have a few loud spots. Thanks. This workout is to help build that booty so you can better fill out a swimsuit whether it be a bikini or board shorts. Working on the almighty glutes builds strength and aesthetics!

Great moves , Thanks Blessings brother in health
70 pounds might be a bit much for most to start off with. but kudos to this dude!
Thanks amazing video, right to the point
Thnx for showing stretches with the stick. It is difficult but I like it so will try again later. Watching from NYC, USA
have fun on your journey mate!
Thank you for the video. What is the length of the stick? Would be 100cm enough?
love from india, thanks for serve paramveer bhai thanks a lot
Love this video , thank you
I've been doing this for a few months now and it has become a staple piece of my exercise equipment
Exercice for building mass... And you juste look like the average Guy.. i love kettlebell training. i found single kettlebell squat press is best for overall mass gain
Great Q& A! Beautiful comparison on shoes! Body being Instrumental vs ornamental! Beneficial mindset of work!
Some possibly decent exercises, but video production is amateurish, bad sound, and I wasn't impressed by the techniques demonstrated.
Wow...what a man in the clickbait Picture... And then i saw the puppetmaster.
Dude! Cheers.
hahahahaahahah
You have rocked this routine. Stick mobility is so useful to open up the body.
how long should my stick be if i am 6'2? is 7ft too long? I'm thinking about buying pvc and putting rubber tips on ends
all i can see are chicken legs and a noob being controlled by the kettlebells
Thanx
An osteopath’s dream!
Wow, I can really feel a difference!
Perfect!
love it thanks
Inspiring! Thank you 🙏:DK
This is probably the best/my favorite routine I've come across so far. Exactly what I was looking for, thank you so much.
This type of yoga is really cool. Yoga is essential for shaping the body.
S
totally fascinating
hi everyone ,if anyone else wants to learn about exercises with kettlebells try Wiltapar Bell Expert Secrets (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my friend got amazing results with it.
2:12 Yikes! I feel sorry for your spine
excellent routine and better than most others on YT
very nice!!!
Being 15 years old and not be able to to them doesn't feel to good :c
Attach weighted cable bar instead of stick = 3D planar workout!
Amazing exercises thanx alot
Hi. Thank you. A simple and straightforward video(?) well presented and within the reach of everybody. Just what I was looking for to get myself slowly back into shape, and at 69 slowly is the key. May I let you know how I get on? Thanks again keep up the good work.
Dude with no muscles: this what i use to build muscle
Bro he dont have huge muscle like a strongman but he dont look like a weak man xd
Yah he don’t have much muscle but he’s strong af. He’s one of those skinny strong guys
Oh hell all these constructive criticism remarks!, at least your doing it, I don't see them making videos on how to do perfect form with kettle bells. Armchair Warriors. Lol
Great video, thanks!
Terrible technique fix that bro
you need to develop some muscle before you try to demonstrate how to build muscle. Sorry- just saying
His technique is ok, as he's lifting heavy. And there's some great ideas here. So I've saved the video. He's doing a variation of the windmill, which contradicts the comment further down. That's the beauty of kettle bell training, it opens a window of possibilities.
How he handle those KBs, He must have a back pain.
Thanks man, I'll give these a try.
I wouldn’t be doing that with no shoes on!😂
Why?
