I purchased a pair of these. Very quickly the top lace eyelet broke leaving the shoe in usable. I did get a voucher from arcteryx for replacement which I upgraded to the Acrux LT GTX Boot. here is hoping they last.
they are also for my liking to flexible for any Rocky terrain and twist on your foot on descents leaving you open to twisted ankles. on a positive they are very light and could be used for trail running

Great video, thank you! Could you kindly review the Salomon Outrise mid Gore-Tex as well? 🙂 I’m trying to decide between these two in terms of lightweight cushioned Gore-Tex daily hikers.

I bought a pair of these boots 2022 for summer walking First thing to be aware of is the sizing. I normally take a UK 10.5. I ended up with a UK 11. After a week of fairly tame walking along the Puglian coast, the stitching on one of the lace eyelets/hoops came away from the boot. I spent the rest of the trip having to adjust the tension on the laces to work round the missing eyelet. I returned the boots when I got home and Arc'teryx promptly refunded me. These are expensive boots from a 'high end' brand - so disappointing.

I'm late to this video, but thank you. I requested this review a while back. You're true to your word that you would review this boot. Great review, as always. Also, when you show your footwork, i am imaging you are shadow boxing. I'm a muay thai practitioner. It would be great to see you do some shadowing ; kicking while wearing the shoe, if you're able too.
    Cheers!

it's Gore-Tex, maybe you had the non-gtx pair or idk. If they can withstand streams and puddles, your wet grass isn't a problem.

I'd like to hear more from users.
I'm a toss-up between these and Lowa zephyr.
Could you tell me how your experience with these has been so far?
What can you tell me about its durability and long-term use experience?
Do you think it being not so high is a problem?
    Thank you so much.

Lowa Zephyrs are much more beefier than these. If you want something more rugged, with more protection, tactical/combat stuff, I would say def go with Zephyr. But, if lightweight is your priority, hiking/backpacking use, these might be an option.
