It's all about swing weight. Swing weight is your ability to overcome the weight/inertia and drag of the club at the proper time in the swing. The stronger you are the more you can overpower or overcome. That's why we have swing weights. When you find your ideal swing weight you can swing the club at YOUR maximum speed. Not everyone is the same strength which is why each person needs their own swing weight. I've talked with so many people who say, "I can kill my 5 wood but nothing else." I tell them, go get the swing weight of that club measured and have the rest matched to it. Then every club will feel just like your favorite.

Hi Brendan, long time viewer and thanks for contents like these. However, as I play more I start to realize that the quest for distance is a route different from quest for accuracy/consistency. That to enjoy the game more or wholistically its better to take the accuracy and consistency route.
