I've been doing this workout for about 1.5 months and the changes are amazing. I'm already thin, but this made my stomach so toned and firm. I definitely recommend this workout!
@@ering2377 i did this one paired with a cardio workout at the time. now, i alternate days between HIIT and weights. this workout is good for building and stregthening the abdominal muscles, but once youre used to the shiryln cardio workouts, i recommend doing the HIIT workouts from growingannanas! at the time, i didn't have the best relationship with food (overly restrictive). i recommend just eating 3 balanced meal a day (just divide your plate into 1/2 vege 1/4 meat 1/4 carbs), and drinking lots of water!

so to do that, I recommend you do cardio full body and this one or standing abs workout ( Cardio + Abs workout) Plus we need to make sure to have healthy food as well. I do some dance workouts sometimes for like 20-25 mins ( would that be cardio??) Along with some dancing maybe i could follow some of your ab workouts would that be enough ?? Hey honey, as long as I know, you can reduce breast size with cardio exercising & diet changes. I made cardio workout video and you could try on it. Cuz breasts contain mostly fat, so I think it could work on it. Plus, after next week, Arms & Upper body(helps reduce breasts size ) will be uploaded. Hopefully, it helps for you. To reduce upper belly fat, you need to combine this with cardio+ diet meal honey. I know some people the upper belly area is the last place fat loss occurs. (In my case, lower belly fat🙄😊) Honestly, we can’t lose fat from any one specific area of your body without losing fat overall. So, we have to combine cardio exercise with diet meal, increasing protein intake and reducing carbs. Could you check your eating habits and daily calories you eat in a day? Also I made cardio full body workout to lose weight. Please, try on it with lighter and healthy food:) By doing all together, I am sure you're going to reduce upper belly fat honey:)

To reduce upper belly fat, you need to combine this with cardio+ diet meal honey.
I know some people the upper belly area is the last place fat loss occurs. (In my case, lower belly fat🙄😊)
Honestly, we can’t lose fat from any one specific area of your body without losing fat overall. So, we have to combine cardio exercise with diet meal, increasing protein intake and reducing carbs.
Could you check your eating habits and daily calories you eat in a day?
Also I made cardio full body workout to lose weight. Please, try on it with lighter and healthy food:)
By doing all together, I am sure you're going to reduce upper belly fat honey:)

You're very welcome and it's my pleasure to answer to your questions(not disturbing at all ) Based on my experiences, I could see the results in 2 weeks, and I have to say everyone has different physical conditions so, it may takes shorter or longer.

If you want to minimize the appearance of hips dips, you can do those workouts with a diet meal at least 2 weeks.They can help you build muscle and lose fat.
Also I'd like to share it with you that if you aim to lose 1 kilo of weight per week, You will be able to see a visible change in four to five weeks in your overall appearance. (by google)
