I love the dude who's so excited for the challange and not upset the whole time lol
The whole tasty team should do this challenge for a week and produce only vegan content in that week.
Yogesh kumar kadam yeesss
Hey, the tasty team could be even more creative and aim to create at least 10 new recipes in the week! That would be awesome and certainly wouldn't hurt their credibility.
Why not forever?
That would be disgusting. The vegan content and the sugary crap are the two reasons why I have unsubscribed from this channel. They call the channel tasty but it sure as hell isn't healthy.I'll be glad when you stupid vegans start dropping like flies because you starving yourselves to death. Maybe then you'll quit guilt-tripping everybody else.
@JB JG plant protein is incomplete. The human body is extremely inefficient at metabolizing plant-based fatty acids into a usable form.that's why a lot of vegans starve themselves of the nutrients they need to make hormones and end up self-inflicting premature menopause. The most disgusting part of it is that they justify it by saying that it's just their bodies detoxing. If your hair is falling out and your teeth are translucent there's something wrong with your diet. Try eating some meat.
guys, some unsolicited advice: If you wanna go vegan, perfect your Indian cuisine cooking skills.
pto yes! middle eastern and indian food is some of the easiest cuisine to veganise!
Agreed. That would be the only way I could do it. Indian food has so many great spices and robust flavors.
Mexican and Thai when you just substitute the meat as well!
Yesss
Yep! Lol
Why doesn’t tasty vegetarian/vegan cook more? I’m confused. There’s so many amazing vegan recipes they should post more.
id love that!
They have a whole vegan/ vegetarian page
@@TheGlamgurl07 id be nice if they did more videos too
Because fuck vegans that’s why
Taylor is trash They haven’t posted in a while :(
People are so obsessed with protein in USA. Wow. Protein deficiency is not some widespread issue. You know what is? Fiber deficiency.
Yeah but if we all cut off peotein there would be a widespread protein deficiency issue ....
@@sirih4085 Protein literally comes from plants though.
Fiber deficiency? Please state me the sources of fiber our ancestors ate for tend of thousands of year.. the way they were naturally designed to.
@@withnail-and-i vegetables? fruits? wholegrains? I'm pretty sure our ancestors ate those :D
@@alexandrapanico374 Whole grains? That didn't exist before agriculture, just like the vast majority of fruits and vegetables. They ate mostly meat, and then some berries and the odd wild green.
buzzfeed : being vegan can really help our enviorment!
also buzzfeed : **uses plastic forks and spoons**
And plates and takeaway boxes...
Plastic is actually not one of the big reasons for pollution of oceans :). It is industrial waste that is mainly causing marine life to be harmed, so lets give them a little praise.
You don't have to do everything right. Most people recycle but they aren't zero waste. The point is to try, not to be perfect. But I get your point if you're trying to let them know that that's bad for the environment (although animal products are still worse).
giovanna ramirez well depends on the number plastic
lol
Expectation: people who make recipes for a living will come up with some great vegan recipes.
Reality: just a video of tasty producers complaining about not eating meat.
Noel Liakos exactly!
More vegan on

And just having salads.
fortnite gamer girl vegetarians won’t eat any meat or meat products (gelatine in jelly lollies, rennet in cheese, things like fish or oyster sauce) but vegans won’t eat anything that came from an animal or that was produced causing harm to animals (no eggs, cheese, honey).
ok but honestly? It got better? the more they were used to it, the easier they found it so like ... all of us? if you say you did not crave anything non vegan when going vegan you are lying like seriously xD I craved cheese and kinder chocolate for months after, even now when I pass cheese I am side-eyeing it, it got better since I found my fav vegan cheese brand, but in the first few weeks, it is rough.
I know this concept might confuse y‘all but meat eaters won’t die having a vegan meal once in a while.
Look at India who has mastered that, where even meat eaters actually eat meat mostly twice to three times a week
In Australia there’s an awesome burger chain called Grill’d and they ran a trial of Meatless Monday’s this past Monday (i.e they only served vegan burgers across all their stores). Read some perfectly eye roll worthy accounts of customers complaining to the poor staff demanding their right to a meat burger. Literally go to the place next door, come back tomorrow or eat a perfectly good veggie burger!
b0o0dlesn0o0dles where is this demanding culture coming from? As a European this is just absurd to me. In the french origins of a restaurant you are supposed to be a guest of the cook and you eat what he serves. As you said if you don’t like it go somewhere else. Nobody has the right to demand anything. You could ask politely but that’s it. This just sounds so American to me...
@@chrizzlybearlol I mean in Capitalism it is the consumer who has the power to vote with their wallet. The store is supposed to meet their fans' needs. I imagine they did a piss poor job of informing people of what was gonna happen. Telling people to just eat somewhere else is also not the same. It is a substitute for what you wanted.
Dennis Pietrandrea yeah fuck this perverted version of capitalism. I know there aren’t any good alternatives at the moment but we don’t have be assholes to producers of goods and services. In the end every consumer is also a producer in this world. How dare they to be rude to other people for the market not meeting their expectations. These are the first to be offended if people are complaining about their job. Voting with your wallet means you go somewhere else but not threatening stores or making a scene. This is a cultural thing though. I’m not bashing America (and countries heavily influence by American culture) for this but you have to admit it’s not healthy. But I can understand where this is coming from. There are to many mega corporations being greedy. And People are angry but they forget there are people and a lot of skilled work behind products. (I kind of drifted away from the burger but the concept is the same).
I think i'm just happy that Alix was in the video and open to a more plant based diet. It made me wanna reduce my meat consumption, too.
wow, thank you for being so open to a plant based diet! :)
even the tiniest changes in your diet can do a lot.
you don't have to be a perfect vegan overnight, just being aware and educating yourself about it is the most important thing
You know Alix quit Tasty shortly after this video right? Coincidence? I think not.
I have the biggest crush on her, I can’t help it.
FMFvideos She quit? I mean I don’t really care but wow lmao.
@@guacamoli7 she was let down though
It's a lot easier to be vegan if you MAKE vegan meals instead of having side dishes and crap.
Can we talk about the advantages they have living in LA and NYC? Other parts of the country don’t have yummy vegan restaurants. I also live in Alaska and fresh, organic produce is really expensive.
Yeah I don’t think I could go vegan for personal reasons but if I where to I live in the Midwest and there’s meat everywhere
Honestly and I feel like people forget this. In some areas versus others being vegan (specifically) can be more expensive/too expensive for people to do long term. Especially if you're being a full vegan, meaning your clothes, accessories, food, shoes, and everything else that's a part of your life is vegan as well. That can be hard. And we're not even talking about allergies and possible deficiencies for some people. Like what if you're allergic to soy? I notice a lot (not all ofc) vegan alternative recipes have soy in them
I'm vegan in an area that has no vegan restaurants, and it's not as difficult as you think. I dont eat organic food, bc I cant afford it. I can afford beans, legumes, rice, quinoa, pasta, and nonorganic produce. Beans are cheaper than meat. If you can prep meals you never have to worry about running out of food or buying too much and having it go to waste.
Most restaurants will do a pasta with marinara or olive oil if they dont have any already vegan options on the menu. Most breakfast places that have omelets can make you a plate of potatoes topped with fajita veggies.
Just call ahead and dont be a jerk and people are almost always willing to help you be comfortable and happy!
In my country people in lower economy condition basically vegan. Dairy or meat products not expensive. But to save money being vegan is a way to go.
Animal products are extremely heavily subsidized in the USA. I think that it's a misconception that eating animal products is inherently less expensive because of how western countries have spent so much time and effort transforming something that is actually an extremely inefficient and wasteful industry into something that is somewhat sustainable (financially, not for the planet). Of course I won't judge someone for not going vegan if they actually can't afford it or live in an area that actually makes it impossible, but I do think that middle and upper class people in non-food-deserts should at least consider trying to cut animal products out of their diet rather than always saying that them making that decision is somehow unfair to people who can't. I actually see it the other way around: what we produce responds to what people buy, so the more people who can afford it buy this stuff, the more available healthy, animal-friendly, earth-friendly produce will be to those who currently can't. Btw this was more a response to the other replies, not to be hard on the original person from Alaska.
I think people (including me) think that either you have to eat meat everyday or go vegan and not eat animal products ever again....and it doesn't have to be like that, i'm gonna start to eat more vegan meals, but when i want, or when i'm out with friends or whatever i'm gonna eat meat, i'll just try to reduce the amount of meat and dairy i eat in my week.
I feel like if everyone did this, it would contribute significantly to helping the environment tbh 'cause there'd be less demand for meat meaning that less cows are bred for slaughtering and livestock may even start getting treated better and more humanely. But it would take a lot of people doing this to make this possible, and unfortunately a lot of us don't even realize that we'd have to do this collectively or else nothing'll really change
more vegan recipes please! we'd appreciate it :)
See Indian cooking vedios .
There are shit ton of vegan vedios and they also have taste unlike salads where u are eating raw veggies and hoping it will taste good.
Watch Bosh they have great recipes or variety imo

How about no?
a lot of indian food is vegan and vegetarian try it

@Joe Dick your father is
Makes a massive amount of seitan:
“I’m missing protein.” 😄
I was vegan for 12 years
Not that hard in India folks
I think Indians are more vegetarians rather than vegan, because diary products are highly consumed.
India also exports the most amount of beef in the world because they consume dairy but not meat. Ppl think they’re doing good for cows but they’re still killed with dairy :(
@Ryan Roshan good for you. Unfotunately, it's not the case with most people. Even if they buy plant milk, they still buy ice cream, cheese, eggs, butter, etc.
@Ryan Roshan great. Yes something is better than nothing, but it doesn't mean it's good. Stabbing someone 3 times is better than stabbing them 6 times, doesn't make it moral. If you have the ability to not support animal abuse, you have a moral obligation to do so.
This wasn’t a very accurate representation of veganism. It’s actually really nice and not that expensive if you make most of your food
Maybe Tasty needs to take a bigger stance against the mass consumption of meat and include more vegan and vegetarian recipes...makes THAT the norm...
lafleur43 I completely agree, once you look at the dairy and meat in a gross way... it’s really not a temptation anymore!
They’re a media company and it’s not the norm. They have to appeal to an audience and make money they don’t care about taking a stand they care about content and money
That would be lovely
i mean they only do what brings in the most money.
Exactly!
I need a “I went vegan for a MONTH” with a good amount of people in it video. I hate these vegan for a week video because people really don’t get a proper feel of veganism.
At least its something
7 day vegan challenge baby. Solves all your problems
Here’s a cookie if you know which UA-camr said that. 🍪
the fun part of this comment is guessing whether you're referencing Jaiden or James lol
Everytime you are using plastic forks and spoons I cringe. I mean it's definitely great that you are making vegan videos and that you are treating this topic, but when you're already talking about the impact of the food industry on the environment, you shouldn't ignore the massive plastic pollution so please use reusable forks ;)
Elena Lilie thank you
omg me everytime! like you work in pretty well to do place, how can you not get actual cutlery?!?!?!?
If you think about it, plastic cutlery is reusable. It's just people decide to toss instead of wash.
Vegans are hypocrites. They completely ignore the science about what the human body is genetically programmed to metabolize as nutrition. If I had a dollar for every vegan who said it's not about the diet, it's about saving the animals, I would be rich. I am not going to ruin my physical health just to save some cow that no longer has the genes to survive in the wild due to selective breeding for agriculture. I've recently seen several UA-cam videos of people who got sick on a vegan diet and immediately started getting healthy again when they started eating meat. I figure if it ain't broke don't fix it. Your vegan diet is bullshit that you've been brainwashed into believing in.
@@cely8060 It is dangerous to actually re use plastic utensils that are meant to be of only one use. The older the plastic, the more It starts releasing substances that are harmful, especially for our hormonal systeme. You can search for it to get more detailed information

I love this video! I've been vegan for 2 years and haven't had a problem. I was vegetarian for a year before while I was learning. Veganize a couple of your favorite meals to start with. Try a few recipes to find which one your tastebuds prefer.
I understand how hard it is to live with not-vegans... I'm the only one in my family, and I'm still a teenager!
Mia ME TOO AND I HAVE TO COOK MY OWN MEALS THREE TIMES A DAY LOL
Mia you’re doing such an awesome job sticking to your beliefs even when your living situation makes it difficult! We need more compassionate young people like you
My family eats meat and stuff and I don’t I wouldn’t call myself vegan because very rarely I eat cheese but I do still eat it every once in a while
@@thedavidsons2670
that's totally fine! nobody's perfect, it's just about being aware and to reduce the suffering as far as possible.
you're already doing such a great job, you're doing more than most people.
thank you so much for that :)
yeah, me too :)
but we should be proud of it. They might not understand it but we know that we're doing the right thing.
and I want to thank you for being strong and not letting the beliefs of others drag you down.
in the future you can tell your grandchildren that you were on the right side of history :)
I think it would be interesting to sit people down and educate them. Take them to a store and show them the supplements for things like creamer and meat etc. They want people to feel sad for them, BUT YOU DON'T HAVE TO. LIKE!! I want people to feel sorry for me bc I can't eat something that harms animals and the environment!!
You shouldn't feel that way bc you are doing what is right for everyone. Ugh. I'm tired of people acting like being vegan is hard, especially when they are in a populous city that had a surplus of vegan options
preach girl!
For me being a vegetarian was really easy. It’s currently been two years and it feels great
I come first. I don't care if my diet harms the environment as long as it keeps me healthy. Fuck your vegan guilt-tripping bullshit.
You realize that going vegan isnt the save all end all of being green and that it realistically wont actually make that much of a difference? This whole meat shaming thing is pretty fucking dumb since were in the top 30 for cleanest countries in the world nice we be clean for the whole world big companies are what need to change not how much meat I choose to eat
@@rachelloverdog Actually it would make a huge difference in terms of health. Heart disease is an endemic around the world and if more people shift towards a plant based diet that can actually be prevented. For the environment, we produce enough food to feed the whole world currently but the distribution of it is terrible. Most crops are grown to feed livestock which in return does not give back a lot of meat. That also contributes to more greenhouse gasses. It's a human rights issue with certain people having to work in slaughterhouses ( bc they have no choice). Right now it's incredibly easy to be vegan bc not many people are hunting for food, we got supermarkets. I think what we should be looking torwards is lab grown meat because that's the only future I see of ethical meat consumption.
I went vegan for a month literally the easiest thing to do.
I don't know where you live but most places it isnt. I'm happy it was for you but I live in Mississippi and the options for Vegans/Vegetarians are minimal. Besides grocery stores of course.
I did the same and it was pretty easy for me too, because I jad to change very little in my daily routine. I discovered that I basically already ate vegan with the exeption of eating in restarants and at family feasts. (Sorry for my bad English I am from Germany🙈)
I was vegetarian before but i did a 2 weeks vegan challenge and i was pretty easy for me (even tho I basically don’t eat raw veggies at all) so now I been vegan for 6 months btw i live in Stockholm, Sweden 🇸🇪
@@lillydorn3766
it was the same thing with me. since I started living on my own and cooking my own food I noticed that I was rarely cooking meat because I just didn't like preparing it.
so switching to a vegan diet wasn't hard for me :)
and also: I'm from Germany too :D
why didnt you stay vegan then.....
3:43 I’m pretty sure those forks are compostable because I have the same ones so don’t freak out
Unfortunately most “compostable” plastics have to be industrially composted in order to break down & there are very few companies that can do it. These bio plastics won’t break down in landfill or the ocean & contaminate recycling.
This was a great video! I love that the producers were open minded about it!
aw i loved this video!! it really is about small changes, even just reducing your consumption of animal products is an impact!!!! and it’s so easy these days! so many resources and replacements💘
I have been doing this for years. I hope Tasty makes some great vegan recipes in the future without soy, especially GMO soy!
it think most GMO soy is fed to farm animals, not humans..
@@juliedaignault5178 and if you eat those farm animals who are fed GMO feed, it's undoubtably going to transfer over into your system.

I’ve been vegetarian for two years. I’m not vegan but it’s fun to watch
Diana's Table GMOs aren't bad lol
I went vegan at 14 and it’s so easy when you do it for the right reasons
I was fourteen too! It’s easy when it’s means something to you, these guys just did it for a trend. It’s not hard being vegan when you grow up that way. It’s my nature now. People always ask what I eat as if I have a menu in my back pocket for them. I eat what you eat, just without meat and cheese.
This was incredible. The recommendation to reduce enviro impact has never been to get every human to go 100% plant based; it's to reduce animal-sourced consumption and production. This vid is so important because all of these folks have learned how and are now motivated to reduce meat and dairy and still feel satisfied and happy with their meals. Their behavior will in turn impact others and so on. This is the way to get people to consider a more plant-based diet--not with rigidity, but with positive and supportive experiences. Thanks for sharing this cool experiment!
I eat plant-based more than not. Mostly due to my texture issues with meat. Meat kinda sketches me out. I'm not a huge fan of veggies either for similar reasons but I've found that I feel better with more energy after plant-based food and that vegetable recipes seem less messy and risk less contamination and just overall less effort. Undercooked veggies aren't as risky as undercooked meats.
I think that once you can figure out ways to disguise certain veggies and add more flavors to your plant-based meals, you not only appreciate vegan food more but you learn how to appreciate all food more and step out of your comfort zone. You don't have to just eat chicken strips all the time if you eat meat and you also dont have to eat salad all the time of you're vegetarian/vegan. Cheers!
I think it's easier to go vegetarian first and then vegan. I went vegetarian in 2007, and vegan in 2017 - I tried to go vegan before that but I was physically and mentally not in the right "space" if you know what I mean and there weren't a lot of options where I lived. But then I moved, and I tried it again two years ago and haven't had any problems since then! It was also more comfortable for me because I never really liked eggs and I'm lactose-intolerant, so there's that, lol.
Some people can't go vegan, and that's completely fine. Some people don't wanna go vegan 100%, and that's also completely fine. My roommate, for example, is an omnivore but tries to eat as many vegetarian and vegan dishes as possible - like maybe one meat and one fish dish during the week, oat milk instead of cow's milk, and so on. They don't force themself, and I think that's really important. You have to do it with your whole heart and not just because someone told you to. But you should try to be aware of what you eat and how it impacts yourself and everything around you.
SayuriWada wow so you have been vegan for about 12 years, oh wow 😮
@@ateeelayyy3396 No, vegan just for two years :) But meat and fish free for 12, yeah :D

There are two kinds of cholesterol, the good one and the bad one, there's no bad proteins, so yeah, I will ask you about them
Ultra Instinct Shaggy
Sure, meats have protein, but they also have horrible side effects. Do you really want to get your protein from meat when they cause Alzheimer’s, diabetes, cancer, and America’s number one killer; heart disease. Plant based foods are full of protein, but they also have many great and healthy side effects!
@@cinnyslittlefriends1379 mate, nowdays everything causes cancer in some form, sure you can get a diabetes and heart problems because of eating too much meat or too little vegetables and fruit, but it only happens when you're on a bad diet, just like being vegetarian/vegan can be really unhealthy too
This is why no one takes vegans seriously because you always spread misinformation, can I see a source that meat causes all of those diseases. Red meat has been shown to be unhealthy, that’s it, but you can still eat it in small amounts. However fish is one of the healthiest things you can eat.

Great that you Tasty guys are even trying to spread the message. In my family we all transitioned to plant based eating due to one member's cancer and we learned a lot by doing a lot of research that we do not need any animal products to be healthy, so my take is that everyone should at least reduce their animal food intake to help the environment and support their bodies ability to heal... I lived in Indonesia and this video makes me cringe.
Because now I realized how tight Americans tied to meat-eating lifestyle. In Indonesia, it is so natural to not eating meat, and we have way a loooot more vegan food options than meat based ones. Moreover, we here got Tahu (tofu) and Tempeh, a nationspread all-favorite non-meat source of protein, that made out of fermented soy and tasted reaallyy good that you will forget to eat meat.
Us Indonesians could live without meat for long periods of time, like a month, or even maybe a year, without keep thinking about going back to meat eating. Like, it is not that hard for us.
That's why, this video is so cringey for me.
But big applause for anyone out there trying to eat vegan in a daily basis like you guys. You are heroes for the world. And keep going. Keep increasing the awareness too. Lets hope people like this multiply and in future we could live in this world happily together without extremely tied to meat-eating lifestyle.
Your foods make me cringe too

@XGl1tch M1racl3 and please, dude, cringiness is not mean. It is just the way our brain perceives things.
And, dude, please, get your facts straight, too.
And dude, please. Idk. Whatever.
@XGl1tch M1racl3 I dunno about the others, but 1. I'm not American, I'm Polish, 2. Some oils are way worse then butter, 3. I don't eat fried things every day, 4. I don't eat gallons of butter
starbucks double shot comes with 2%, so just ask for some coconut milk, it will be sweeter
U all should try Indian foods like Dosas, idlis, vadas, samosas, paranthas or just the daily roti-sabzi-dal-chawal meal. There are lots of indian foods that are vegan/vegetarian and are also healthy u can look them up online. Don't give up meat completely just control a little bit. Vegan/vegetarian food doesn't mean just salads there is a lot more to it. Vegan/vegetarian food doesn't always have to be bland.
I am happy because I love berries and yogurt!
This refreshing finish is the best from now on!
Plant based caviar 🤔 New generation flavors are waiting for our profile😋
Despite enjoying the taste of meat and other animal products, the level of detriment that eating them causes to the planet and the environment wholly outweighs any enjoyment that i might get for a few seconds when eating them. The welfare of the planet is so much more important. I think many people need educating on a vegan diet and how successful they can be. You can get all nutrients from a plant based diet, and I appreciate tasty raising this and creating awareness. I'm glad the people at tasty were open to this, and that buzzfeed are actually using their platform to try and educate their viewers, both about the environmental benefits to being vegan, and that its not that hard to eliminate animal products from your diet. Cutting it out all together may not suit everyone, but actively reducing consumption is a fantastic first step.

Honestly, I appreciate this so much!!! 💕💕 I attempted to go vegan and I quit after 2 weeks because idk if I was doing it wrong or what but the bloating I would feel after was to much for me. So this makes me want to stick with it and just try & let my body get through it and adjust it.
GREAT VIDEO!!! ONE OF THE BEST FROM TASTY. I BECAME VEGAN 2 MONTHS AGO AND I LOVE IT! THANK YOU GUYS FOR MAKING MORE VEGAN RECIPES VIDEOS. YOU GUYS ARE DEFINITELY HELPING OUR PLANET ONE VIDEO AT A TIME BY DOING THAT. : )

They make it look so easy to switch, because they live in Los Angeles & New York where vegan options and places are abundant and most of them had at least a decent diet before they tried it, and all of them get paid well. However, if you do not have the finances and don't live in an area that has easy access to vegan options, you end up eating the same thing all the time and get bored QUICKLY, and if your lifestyle doesn't easily support switching, this CAN be incredibly difficult, though of course not impossible.
i am and have been vegan my whole life and sometimes i am curios about dairy products or different varieties of meat but i feel like its worth. did you know one cause of deforestation is farmers paying to clear land to graze cows that are later consumed? i think that a vegan diet is possible and actually delicious. i am glad this challenge was tried. :)
doesn’t legume mean vegetable in french?
It's beans etc in English.
If dairy cheese can be part of my daily routine with being vegan, I'm down for it. I love vegan food. I can give meat up for once a week to none. It's not hard. It's amazing if you know how to enjoy it.
Well, that would be the difference between veganism and vegetarianism. If you eat any sort of animal based product, such as cheese or milk, it's not vegan. This also goes for products such as honey, for obvious reasons, and technically a lot of vegetables, nuts and fruits like avocados, almonds, etc, which are mostly commercially produced using migratory beekeeping. I'm guessing also animal based clothing - leather, fur, presumably wool, etc.
It's up to you if you want to go for a mostly vegan-based diet, but include cheese... but using any dairy product in your diet makes it a vegetarian diet, rather than vegan, no matter how vegan the non-cheese parts of your diet are.
Personally, I'm not going to cut meat or animal products completely from my diet. However, I don't eat THAT much meat to begin with, and I have no issues cutting down a bit.
There has to be a study somewhere about the effect of less or no meat consumption to actual farms and greenhouse gasses emissions. Because there is an actual cost to switching to a plant based diet given that it is still not affordable and sustainable for a lot of people, and I personally am not willing to make that choice if my decision in the end is negligible and the benefits to the environment is marginal while very costly for an individual.
This made me really happy! So many people try veganism for a short time and don’t explore it as much as they could. They stick with their assumptions that it’s difficult. I love that the producers tried as much as they did. ❤️
i don't have any problem with eating veggie for a week even a month because meat is expensive here in indonesia. about Rp120.000,- ($8,42) per kg.
more vegan recipe videos please!!!
I think Matthew was so amazingly positive in this video.
Okay Matthew! I’m so happy about how optimistic he was about it
Me: I'm gonna definitely go vegan and eat healthier
Also me: are those brownies
Have vegan brownies 😎
I'm vegan since my birth. I'm proud to be vegan.

Vegans do not drink cow milk
@@JD-kp6pt who said?
@CuteTuber Shreya
A vegan is someone who does not consume ANY animal products.
If you drink cow milk then you are not Vegan.
CuteTuber Shreya
You can’t be vegan and consume animal products.
You are probably vegetarian if you eat milk and milk products
7:27 Mushrooms are awesome! They can be used in so many ways
It’s great that they tried this and realized there are options but keep in mind they live in a city. For people who don’t especially people in the south we don’t really have many vegan options unless we cook everything ourself all the time and most people don’t have that time on their hands.
Maybe I should try first, and see what's the outcome :)
There’s no harm in trying! A good idea I used when I started eating more plant based meals was googling recipes of my favourite meals were and putting vegan in front. So like ‘vegan minestrone recipe’, ‘vegan burrito recipe’, ‘vegan fried rice recipe’. Best of luck to you and thank you for being open to trying :)

This is a really great video with a great message, you dont have to be completely vegan to help save on your carbon footprint. Just reducing by a few meals a week can have a huge impact!
I would love to work at tasy bc of the food
How do I recognize the bychloe restaurant by have never had the luxury of visiting it yet. 😂😂😂😂😂
Overpriced and overrated tbh. There are better vegan restaurants in NYC
Made me think of reduce my consumption (although it’s not a lot for me) - and I love how everybody in the media is highlighting that and showing people options! Let’s do it
