    Really enjoyed your singing with this, just seemed to go perfectly with the guitar accompaniment...and great lesson. 👍

    Wow, just 🤩 lush beauty, heartwarming, soulful. Nice backstory and great amalgamation of versions. Chord melody solo is of course the best part as far as I'm concerned.

    Perfect tutorial. Just the right amount of accurate detail and encouragement. Funny you should say "Don't let that drive you crazy", which is almost a line from one of Jackson Browne's other great hits (which he co-wrote and eventually gave to Glenn Frey) titled "Take it Easy". Remember "Don't let the sound of your own wheels drive you crazy".

    Thanks for the video. In an interview referenced in the NY times recently, Jackson said that Gregg Allman’s version of this song got rid of the “…annoying major 7th chord”. I can’t figure out how Gregg changed it because so many versions have capo’s and it’s getting complicated. do you know how Gregg Allman’s version changed the chords to remove the major 7th? I assume he means the Fmaj7 chord just before the vocals start.

    The structure of your lessons are so awesome! The graphics and everything together make your lessons supreme! Could you possibly do a tutorial of Led Zeppelin Over the hills and far away...?

    Thank you - I appreciate the travis pattern - it sounds so much better than simple the chords. He does seem to play it differently each time. Is that a 000 model guitar? Sounds great

For us gearheads could you please note in the description what guitar that you are playing in each video? The Martin in this video sounds amazing. Thanks. Rob

    Please check this - At 17:12 - You are saying 6th - 4th but you are playing 4th-6th . ( The third measure shows 6th - 4th ) So which is it ?

    • @MTGuitar
      @MTGuitar  9 місяців тому

      Hi, I checked it out and yep, it's 4th and 6th, not 6th and 4th.

    I do understand, but you are over complicating this. Thanks for sharing, truly. I'm glad you are here to teach those that, like myself, that are searching for help. But with all respect, can you shorten this down.

      Apparently, you don't understand. He's simply giving a thorough explanation of exactly what JB is doing, which is greatly appreciated! :-)
