I always liked how blink 182 was roasting the boy bands and also themselves. They were just all around making fun of everyone and not taking themselves to seriously, while also kicking ass in the song department.

You'll discover that you were born gifted with a great talent related to music.. and that is: when you hear songs you have the ability to learn and remember songs lyrics VERY fast.... This band means so much for so many people, me included.. i literally learned how to play guitar, bass and drums because of them, and i can play +-80% of their songs on each instrument. I'm a brazilian and unfortunelly Blink182 never came to Brazil. When they were at their peak they were coming to Brazil to play some shows but a few days before it happens Travis hurted one of his feet and couldnt play the drums for some weeks.. so they had to cancel the shows in Brazil. But it's ok... i'm grateful for having access to all of their songs and videos on the internet.

I personally believe the style and aesthetic of this type of music is really great for people around your age. it's sort of "timeless" in that regard. sort of the same way other types of art & culture will be more likely to find its way to other age groups.

When they were at their peak they were coming to Brazil to play some shows but a few days before it happens Travis hurted one of his feet and couldnt play the drums for some weeks.. so they had to cancel the shows in Brazil.
But it's ok... i'm grateful for having access to all of their songs and videos on the internet.
