Not true, There are "jam bands" who just improvise and don't actually write anything. Also there are noise-bands that just play noise and don't even tune there instruments and there are punk bands that don't give a shit about how perfect they play. Him having OCD makes things much more difficult also.

I can understand if he has a condition of some kind and maybe he's friendly also. But in the music world today his chance of getting anywhere bigger than small cafes' is rather small. I've seen teenagers on guitar on the level of some of the worlds' most renound players. And with the situation the world is in now, I really doubt too much of a musical future for this guy. I don't mean this unkindly!
