If your NVR has option for ONVIF then yes it would work. However there are some NVR's out there like my 16ch Ezviz POE NVR that only works with Ezviz cameras. So keep in mind that you need to know your Specs of your NVR. Also keep in mind that the AI portion of any camera outside of the Reolink brand won't work with the Recording of events in the Amcrest camera. So what I mean is if you buy a Amcrest AI camera like the ones here, When you setup the AI events and then choose record for the event. If you were using the Amcrest 41xx-A2, 42xx-AI, or 44xx-AI NVR's then it would be able to setup and record on the NVR each event. So Tripwire with Human or Vehicle it would record to the NVR.. Connected to the Reolink NVR the limit will be Motion and or Audio if the camera offers audio like my Amcrest IP8M-2685EW-AI does. Or my 1046EW-AI camera when connected to a Mic on the input that it comes with..
