Since the glass has no color or a smoke glass It is suggested that you put a single luminous stripe sticker around your glass panels sliding to distinguished if its open or close coz there might come a time if you have many guests in your house while having a celebration they might accidentally bumped the glass specially if the glass is so clean & very clear in the evening.

Lovely large floor to ceiling windows. You will need thick drapes for your windows for privacy and comfort for sleeping. Lovely lovely spacious home. Nice gorgeous home for your future kids to swim and run around in your home. Best wishes always. ❤❤❤
I like the style of your house Finn, spacious and fresh air can also pass when you open the glass doors that can save energy because can off the Aircon too if weather is ok. I like the way how you put up your money and make a house project. Someday you can create function halls good for space for rent as venue of meetings and conference for business purposes also. My suggestion Finn is to look into making the glass walls motorised with safety stops just like the doors of an elevator....you could even make the motorised glass walls motion sensored so it can also close when nobody is around and opens when it detects motion....

Not only looks fantastic with that color but has so many other benefits being that large from rain to sun it will be so appreciated over the years. Once the pool is done that whole area is really going to come alive. Can't wait to see it.

Love the big French Doors, brings the outside of the house inside and the inside outside. Our kitchen, dining area, shower/CR and chill area are all outside, under cover, which is something that the climate here allows us to do and I usually only go inside to sleep. Every house needs cats, great for keeping vermin and snakes away. We have 4 dogs and they are not only great pets but can act as guard dogs as well. Looking forward to seeing the end product.

Finn I suggest you put rocks besides your fence pipes so that if there's rain it will flow nicely put some plastic on the soil before you put rocks so that the rain water will filter 1st no debris will clog your water pipes...just suggestion to prevent issues in the future...
Awesome!! We prefer the mirror finish but with the straddle for shade should be fine. Although nights will involve shades or curtains now. Depending on your longterm Privacy Needs. 😮😮😂

There is a clearcoat called wet look for around your pool on the tile. There’s a product called shark grip. It looks like salt. You mix it in your clearcoat and roll it on you can’t see it, but it will not let you slip. That tile can become like ice without it. you to have done a beautiful job.
You're 💯% correct on that walkway around the house....keep vegetation, bugs and water away from the interior...have that on my house also here in Hawaii! 😊😊😊😊😊😊

Man that's alot of work. After that buying all the stuffs for the interior. And deciding where to put all the stuffs. I mean I can't Imagine the pain if you'll end up selling the house in few more years coz you have to live somewhere else. But truly happy for you guys! ❤
I just thought if you want more business in the future finn its a very good source of income too. To have a business like a rental heavy trucks for construction. As you said that so many construction build everywhere in negros oriental..and i remember when you need a excavator you need to wait because its fully-booked..and you have a contractor juns to back you..that business no need a big man power just need a experience truck operator...a secretary to prepared paper works and book the client and the land or location to park your trucks and you can enjoy your life travel and good also a rental apartments and commercials building...that business not need to much your time after construction. Just a few worker to maintain and secretary to updates the records and paper work..not like food you need a big man power and very time consuming its good if your passion is cooking but sometimes it very stressful because of perishable goods..just my opinion...ohh btw every business is stressful in some reason but what i mention is less stress than others.
sliding doors is awesome until super typhoon hits. I installed rolling shutters with ours and it has been great... or you can just cover it with plywood during category 4-5 typhoons.

Sliding doors. Cool! Looks good. I installed a double set of solid wood bamboo Shoji sliding doors in my place. Gives it an oriental feel.

Tip from past experience, get the platic tape off the window frames asap, because when it dries out in the sun its an absolute nightmare to get off.
