I absolutely love this truck!! This generation of F-150s are pretty sweet looking, and the king ranch trim is fantastic! Love it!

Great older F150. Solid & trustworthy as ever. All I buy & drive! Can't beat em. Go Ford!! - NW Ohio
I have an 02 with the 5.4. Amazing truck 10/10 would recommend
Someone obviously took care of this beauty
As they should
Those interiors on that King Ranch are great! Keep up the good work Kyle!
Just bought the same one in 2020 with only 130k miles on it. It’s an amazing truck
Masterpiece ever until now 2024. . Greatness.
I just love the interior of the King Ranch edition.
Great tour!
And I officially want an older king ranch f-150
My New Staff Debbie Loves Truck
Good Job man as always
Wow, that's a beautiful truck!
I love the 2002 f150s my dad had one before his 2016 f150 and it was a great truck also the startup sound on these is so nostalgic for some reason
Bro wtf my dad had a 2003 and now has a 2017 wtf we twins
Great Vid Kyle. I love Ford Trucks!!!!
I have the same truck but it’s an 03 with the 5.4. These are amazing, reliable trucks. My seats are in worse shape though,
Exellent equipment !!! I very very very love it !!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
i grew up loving this truck
Nice video!!! The Ford F150 is my favorite truck from Ford, I wish I could drive one!
Such a beautiful car
love the seats!
Would buy this over anything new...have always loved this model f-150
Oh, and further: the leather looks amazing, love that rough look!
very nice king ranch, the seats in these trucks are very soft and plush
Nice video
Those seats are amazing. This is the first time I've seen dark brown leather in a car. Very western-ey. I like it a lot.
I’m glad I have one
Those center consoles look freaking gigantic!
I love Ford. Work on the f-series plant nowadays, and love to get my hands on king ranch equipped fords. I myself have a 2011 Ford F-250 King Ranch. The king ranch is my favorite trim just because of the uniqueness, and i love the old modular "trition" engine. They weren't as powerful as comparable engine, like GM's 4.7/4.8 v8, and the 5.3 v8, (the trition 4.6, and 5.4 would compare to those engines), but they were almost bulletproof, trustable enough to have 80% of the police squad car market.
@gentle285 You are very welcome - glad you've found it!
Kyle, do more classics please! I love the classics

Your welcome
That’s the sound of muscle truck power
Wow those bed covers are super rare would love to get one for more 03 KR
I'd say this is as good as it gets. I must be old fashioned, but I strongly prefer the low key, integrated front treatment by this generation of Fords, over the coarse and brutal fascia of current Ford trucks. In addition, the saddle leather upholstery and the tastefully executed premium trim options add a touch of elegance to these vehicles.
Super rare truck!
Gotta love that leather, I always thought the Ford trucks had the most realistic looking "saddle brown". Gotta love the captains chairs in the back too!
i have one ,,and i love it !
Probably my avorite package/option for Ford, ever.
I want this truck!
Sorry, it's sold
I like this
I like the leather!
how did you find a king ranch in such good condition ?
i am amazed.
It is likely they put some money to restore it a little. I may be wrong, but it is likely.
IN Edgyhvf
Video is 9 years old. Truck was a lot younger then haha
@@randomhero111391 truee
I have one Blue/Gold in good condition non ripped seats or damage body
Here in 2023 👍🏻
That's a good example for Special Edition cars.
thats a nice color.
wow most of these had the 5.4.
Most of the 5.4L Triton V8 were excellent! Some 3V iterations had spark plug issues def not all!
Someone took real good care of that truck
nice truck. dad had an 01 than it was my brothers. 180K miles in 2008 wen it was traded in. but i never seen a 4.6L in a king ranch. thought it was always a 5.4
My brother has a 2001 king ranch fx4 and it has over 3 hundred thousand miles on it and it is a quadcab. White with a gold strip two tone
Love the captain seats in back! Only in these models?
Yes man
I love the old Ford steering wheels! They were so beautiful for some reason!
Well used ford Econolines have them, econolines got replaced with transits in 2015
@@barrybusta4635 i checked on the ford website and it shows a e-series. would that be close to a econoline?
@@NewBrunswickRailfanner they are both the same exact thing
@@barrybusta4635 who cares
Came for the truck, stayed for the Pink Floyd!
In your description it says kind ranch....u might want to fix that!!! lol.....by the way.....good video keep em coming!!!
Figured the king ranch model would have come with the beefier 5.4 V8 standard....
Michael G that engine is so unreliable though, you're better off with the 4.6
How so? the 5.4 and 4.6 share all the same problems. the 5.4 is just as reliable and I've seen people with over 300k miles on them
John Frantz They're literally the same motor, just different displacements
And what gives them different displacements is just the stroke of the engines. The 4.6L has a shorter stroke that enables it to rev quicker theoretically which makes it the faster engine. The 5.4L has the longer stroke which enables it to produce more torque for towing but is theoretically slower... I love both engines. My P71 has the 4.6L and my Fx4 has the 5.4L.
The 4.6 is known for its reliability
Hey everybody, how's it going. Today i bring you this 2002 Ford F-150 King Ranch. And is going to be a full, in-depth tour of the F-150 King Ranch, we'll start it up show the engine, go over the performance data, and show you bunch of the features on the interior as well as exterior.
hey kyle wats up i know you are very busy and all but do you think you would be able to tour a jeep wrangler rubicon or sahara 2011 that would be great thank you love the videos
@TheDataZoo they could also be ordered with a DVD along with the VHS player, i should know being i built these trucks!
Oh come on Kyle , give this video a description ! =D
Pink floyd-time!!
They have one of these at Classic Ford in Columbia SC
I looked at one yesterday and its around 12 thousand dollars.
just like this one, 175 thousand miles though
Josef Venport If you are still looking for one of these trucks DON'T get the king ranch the seats tear easily and are a pain to clean. And the king ranch cost double than what the lower models cost
Trolls the Beat Goes On.
@kANDzInS yeah I want him to find a Aztek also. I see a lot of them where I live, I parked next to one just yesterday lol
@ynkno13 That's because he doesn't play the song for long in his video. He does a quick sample to show the quality and sound of the radio. It's not like he is playing it through the whole video.
@gentle285 When Kyle turned on the radio it was playing one of the songs from 'Dark Side of the Moon', a Pink Floyd album from 1971. One of the biggest selling albums ever recorded.
👍👍👍👍👍
@scarlebloke Ah, I found it. The song's name is "Time". Thank you very much, you helped me a lot!
If I were to get a half ton truck. This model, make, & year would be the one. :D
@AdrianCto96 No. Kyle was here before Bobby. And no one is copying anyone anyway.
Omg damn you're already in the shorts and boat shoes? Still snowing up here on Ontario, Canada. I must say we had a long winter and for a Canadian I want sun. I'd never buy a fancy version of a pickup truck since I'd most likely use it for work.
@ 9:02 That's a jack from ranger mods where I work!!
A cassette player AND a VHS?! I'd call that Retro Extreme Package! ;)
For only 200+ horsepower, it sounds awesome
2020 ai còn xem ?
CAN U SHOW US HOW TO USE THE KEYLESS PAD ON THE DOOR ? I REALLY CURIOUS ABOUT IT. THANK U! SUPPORT U FOREVER!!!!!!!!!
try to view some tuner imports like Nissan R32 and R34 and Toyota Supras from 95- 01. thatll be sick
How much does cost It looks nice
Saabkyle reviews cars the best
Ikr
I definitely trust his reviews
Saabkyle is king other car reviewers are just wannabes
He is one of the only two I ever trust when it comes to car reviews and totalsalessolutions in Jackson, MS is the other one, especially for diesel trucks reviews.
I really like the leather, it has sort of a cowboyish feel to it.
2002 Ford F-150 King Ranch Crew Cab, 120,041 miles
Mu moms trailblazer has the same audio record system buts hers is above the mirror and its next to the garage home link! I absolutly hate ford and that year model but somehow i want it now!
@strumem90 Wow. Thanks a lot.
I used F150 truck last 2012-2019
My mom Drived Ford F150 2002
What a big keychain
@saabkyle04
Haha I'm just watching it again now and it looks fine. Now for a more relevant comment, I LOVE the saddle brown leather. I actually didn't know you could get a King Ranch package on an F-150. I thought it was only available on the bigger models. Learning something every day!
i like this truck is it still for sale
The tail lights on these trucks are so ugly, i love them
+Simon Belmont no they don't
they ruined it with those should have stuck with the normal ones
Grammar?
Simon Belmont then why the hell you said they're ugly if you love them obviously you love them lol
Lol
Kyle what these buttons below the cab door handle?
What is mileage it gets and how far an it go on a tank
My brother has a 01 fx4 quad cab
@ynkno13 So you played a sample of something from like a car radio?
I think you've stalled it LOL. You don't need to rev it too much. Sounds strong
How many miles can it go on a tank for example (2004 f150 can go 360 to 402
Very same as my 2002 4dr lariat. This guy is a good detailed demonstrator sales person. And he revs engines up to sell to the people wanting to see response ability without hesitation factor which I can understand. But in mechanical reality That modular V8 same as just about any American V8 passenger vehicle engine they are not made to ever surpase 1500 rpms at a stand still or idle. If you rev any engine at 3 to 4k rpm it can only cause damage because of too sudden an increase in the rotation turning of parts down to cam drive chains to rockers to even valves and more. Go figure this particular vehicle even at 70 MPH is at 1700 rpms and considering this isn't meant to ever exceed 2300 rpms while actually moving as far as its engineering. I have posted this before in similar forums or videos and it draws idiots out of the wood work that go by talk rather than engineering. The chain is only as strong as the lock as in you could have a steel crankshaft but the link pins holding the cam chains threaten breakage when people rev these anywhere above a sudden acceleration of 1800 or more. My 02 supercrew 4.6 will never be reved or even driving above 1800 rpm and it will last. I am an engineering in metals and 46 year experienced engine and transmission and differential and front end profession 46 years experience. What people believe verses engineering reality are two different realities. Performance is by no means related to longevity. Here in Texas vehicle inspections for two decades required vehicle to be held at 2500 RPM for one full minute to pass emissions test. During those decades I drive mostly 70s cadillacs with 472 or 425 V8 engines and yearly when I had to let them do this I had to turn and hold my anger at this stupid ignorance, especially with these type cars because at 70mph they would only run at 1200 rpm and had over 4 inch strokes. That rev point at a stand still only stresses and temps parts and builds up too much cylinder heat and valve heat for a vehicle that isn't moving
+Earl Guyton That would be the quad cammed version, which wasn't available from the factory in any F-150.
Earl Guyton I was listening but then you said 4.6
Earl Guyton I’m sorry I have the same truck and you just can’t get up to speed never going above 1800rpm
Earl Guyton and at 70 you are easily clocking over 2000rpm and at 80 around 2400
@saabkyle04 We're cool with that. Nice job .
the 1997-2004 Ford F-150 was assembled in
Cuautitlan, Mexico
Kansas City, Missouri, USA
Norfolk, Virginia, USA
São Bernardo do Campo, Brazil
Louisville, Kentucky, USA
Oakville, Ontario, Canada
back seat looks cramped. is the super crew bigger back there?
Go Go Cory Carson
Saabkyle04 does very good reviews
This is one truck where the leather actually looks kinda good a bit worn in, seems natural to me lol
hey, its a good powerful engine.
