For the Silicone sheets does the scar have to be new? I’ve had mines for 18 months and looks like the middle picture.

Hi Kimberley, not it does not have to be new. In fact, it is best to wait for the scar to settle and we often treat scars that can be years old. Good luck. JJ

Hi Arun, you can massage it in the first instance. The next step is silicone gel or sheets and then you could think about steroid injection but you would need to consult a doctor about this. Good luck. JJ
