the blue tooth connection was shut off while I had my hearing aids in. I turned it back on but it did not work( phone ringing itself and in my hearing aids. I tried reading and doing different steps, which did not work. Now my left aid is not on or working, not showing any connection on the app. Help!
Hey Robert! The latest Phonak devices are called Phonak Lumity. You can take calls hands free using iPhone or Android. They are great products. We just published a full review of the hearing aids last week if you want to check it out

How to use custom setting continuesly ?I tried my hearing aid some customs setting eventually it will change back to automatic mode ?
