I'm 59 years old. My FeetUp was delivered Monday, my son put it together and I proceed to tuck myself in and do an unassisted headstand straight away. First time in 40 years!!
I appreciate the pace and thoroughness of this instructor. Since you are marketing this product globally and to a diverse audience, I encourage you to PLEASE do more videos for brand newbies who do not have years of Yoga experience, either. Please consider your students/customers like me, who are (55+) and working towards improved flexibility and strength. Also, some feedback on the design: I personally find the Width of the area to hold onto stressful for my hands. It actually hurts so I'm having to take it real slow and hope over time there's more ease.
I am a beginner and this video has taken with my fear. I am 63 years old and could never reach this headstand. I'll follow your instructions in slow motion. Many Thanks!
@@CalmVibesVee I could do it. I started slowly and only did a short headstand until my shoulders and body got used to this posture. Now I practice every day, but I never stand on my head for more than 2 minutes. There are so many other great exercises and I have learned three different flows, which I do alternately. I have become much more agile, my centre is stronger and I have been able to correct postural problems after only half a year.
Love it❣️ I’ve just set mine up it’s so beautiful with the cherry wood 🥰 I use it for meditation too❣️hey everyone make sure you have cleared your medical evaluations before attempting to use. Any head pain or pressure even slightly could cause alarm 🚨 be well❣️
Well, the first day I was quite scared because I thought I just couldn’t do it (I had never been upside down in my entire life). Anyway, I decided to face my fear, so I tried it out after watching this video several times. The first time was awkward because I put so much pressure on my arms for fear of falling, I took a weird diagonal shape lol. All I can say, because I went through that, it’s that everyday you’ll make progress and you’ll be better. You should work on the core too, because core is vital when you make an inversion, with or without the stool. You will love the feet up-trainer ♥️
When I'm upside down I want to watch videos but I'm trying to figure out some simple ways to make the screen or videos play upside down. Does anyone know and methods or tricks to do this?
Rotate your phone to landscape and then lock the rotation. You can then flip your phone upside down and the screen won’t rotate until you unlock the rotation again.
When you can confidently and competently perform inversions in the feetup trainer, it will be natural and easy to do handstand without. I haven’t yet achieved this, but I know people who have.
Hello, friends. We watched your wonderful video. It is a great help to people. We also have some high-quality products. I don’t know if you are interested in trying it out. Looking forward to your reply.

I agree! It seems like a very useful tool, but I don't see much info for newbies yet.
I just got mine and I was very impressed that I was able to get into a headstand in a minute. It feels amazing.
I just got mine delivered today. I’m excited but super nervous. Thank you for the great demo🙏
I did it without watching the demo going by memory from gymnastics 40+ years ago!

How to transition from the feet up trainer to actually a handstand without it?

I guess I'm the only one who is still scared shitless. I can't the head rush is killing me and it's scarier than a handstand
