    New to feet up, but not to yoga omr aerial yoga, i had whiplash earlier in the year whuch has had an impact in my enjoyment of headstands until now😁 i love these classes, i can do headstands again without the discomfort as well as the other cool core stuff. I will have abs of steel! 😊

    Thanks again second time around and chose this one as this was the most difficult challange re the Tricep dips on the trainer!

    I love your classes so much! They work my whole body, yet thanks to your cues I remain so mindful and loving throughout the practice, whether that's with stretching or with challenging strength moments! Can't wait to continue this challenge

    Can you please show exercises (using the trainer) for ARMS only, ie no inversion, no nothing else?
