I am going to ride the Hurricane Ian in my sailboat catamaran

Taking decisions when a hurricane is coming to your sailboat catamaran is difficult. My options have reduced to stay with the boat or leave at his own luck. Next step is getting ready the boat for fast winds and a lot of rain.

Insects are terrible in Shark River when it is calm. Anyone going there better have excellent screens.

Yeah, I have a lot of nets against nosseum but I would have to remove them for the storm. Difficult decisions

@@hereandthereSailing the other thing to remember is that the more calm a place is in a storm, the more the bugs will congregate there. Just like us, they like to be out of the wind and also just like us, they get hungry. The problem is that we are their food!
