Record 83 - Quick Release - Vise Restoration.

‪@restorecreate‬ restored a Record vise with quick release system which was stuck by the rust.I got it very cheap from a scrap yard because, as they told me, it was broken... luckily they didn't know!

A good find. These pre WWII Record #84 vices were made of cast steel and are very tough indeed compared to plain cast iron ones. I have the #36P and it handles all can throw at it.
