Working out isn't an issue, I've been a gym rat since high school. If you have a family history of high blood pressure or cholesterol, you should avoid whole eggs as well as other foods high is saturated fat.

@@mikeford4089 no,that is not false,basic science,you can google it,10-20%...as an experiment I went veg but w/ fish and eggs still in the diet for 6 mos,had a complete blood panel done,went whole-hog carnivore the next 6 mos before having another blood panel done...biggest dif was 9 point increase in cholesterol,triglycerides were 82 vs 74 on first test,maybe bcz my hdl is in the 90's every time? I get complete blood panels done 2x/yr to keep track of my health

I have eaten 5 omega 3 eggs with 2 cups of oats daily with my supplement stack. And my blood work has been wonderful, knock on wood. Egg whites are the worst in my opinion. The nutrition comes from the yolk.🩷💪🏽
Tofu is not good unless fermented due to lectins - they should also be organic. Eggs should be organic and pasture raised (not just "cage free" - because pasture raised is actually better). Eggs should never be cooked in seed oils - always in butter or organic quality oils like avocado or olive oil.

Other things play a factor...Including Metabolic Imbalances, Smoking, Pollution, Alcohol and long use of certain medication like Steroids, Genetics....
He admits that it raises your cholesterol. Though it may raise your good cholesterol, it also raises your bad so you end up with a yin and yang body chemistry. The good cholesterol keeps all the bad cholesterol from clinging to your arterial walls. Kind of like Teflon. The only problem is that the bad cholesterol negatively affects other parts of the body like the liver, pancreas, and kidneys.
Eat plain avocado(two serving daily) and/or a handful of plain nuts such as almonds, walnuts daily to balance out the bad cholesterol from other food sources. Food high in soluble fiber such as blueberries, lentils, pomegranates oranges, carrots can help lower LDL levels by reducing the absorption of cholesterol in the bloodstream
Standard LDL test means nothing. The important factor is Hdl to triglyceride ratio which is the best measure of cardiovascular risk. You need a more in depth LDL test called a vLDL (very low dense lipoprotien) which looks at particle sizes. The smaller particles are the problematic ones that increase oxidative stress. Also, genetics does play an important factor as well.
It could be due to egg intolerance or an allergy, making it hard to digest egg proteins like albumin. It might also be because of fat sensitivity or conditions like IBS. A lesser-known tip is to try duck eggs or quail eggs, which can be easier to digest for some. Getting a proper diagnosis from a healthcare professional is also recommended. Hope this helps!
