i have 3080ti as well and this monitor i got last week is lovely
Does this support ALLM?
Great review thanks. Just what an average user would need without the jibberish.
Why not using DP with your 3080ti?
Thanks for the feedback 🙏🏽 I appreciate it 🔥
In this video and during this time, I was prioritizing my Mac Studio over my gaming PC, so I always plugged the DisplayPort to the Mac because the HDMI on the Mac didn’t offer the highest refresh rates.
I now have switched my dedicated work machine to my Gaming PC with a 4090 now 🔥 so my newer videos use DisplayPort
what is the difference between 27GR95QE and 27GR95QL ? just the league of legends theme ?
Hey, Great Video 🎉
One question what’s the difference between a lg 27gr95qe-b and lg 27gr95qe, what does it mean the -B ???
They’re the same, it’s officially 27GR95QE-B. The B stands for the color of the stand lol which is “black”
Lol, i just got today in the mail, the -B is not even on the package itself…
But thx for your quick response
@@bmxfuse yeah I wouldn’t worry about that, it could be something they use on their website and tracking inventory.
How’s the monitor so far ?
Has anyone tried this on the ps5 or Xbox series x?
What makes this interesting is there is very little amps/DACs that are compatible with the XSX.
This having an optical out port opens up so much potential
Is the HUANUO Dual Monitor Mount-Monitor Stand compatible with this monitor? I plan on getting this monitor in the near future.
I’m pretty sure it will because this monitor is lightweight 🔥
Thanks bro@@FIREWOLFTECH
hi bro i want to buy this cany ou tell is there some issues if fps falls low near 60 or 120? also how is reaction time in fps games?
FPS falling low depends on your GPU.
The response time is really fast, 0.03Ms is way faster than most IPS or VA panels @ 1MS
Thank you for showing the US plug, I have my cable managed and wanted to know if I can plug and play the power brick
You’re welcome 🔥 how’s the monitor so far ?
@@FIREWOLFTECH Coming from a 34 inch ultrawide took about a week to get used to it. I love it!!! One feature that is awesome is the inclusion of a optical out if you have multiple inputs, my case, a pc and mac mini to a blusound powernode.
@@rickypelletier363 yeah going to smaller size takes some time but Im glad you’re liking the monitor ! And thanks for sharing 🔥
what do you think? are you disappointed with the brightness of the monitor?
OLEDs aren’t very bright to begin so i expected the brightness to be on the lower side. It’s only a minor issue if the room is very lit, like with a bright sun light. But during darker, night times, it’s very good
@@FIREWOLFTECH okay! thank you for your answer! I'm looking forward to it
Overall how is the brightness for you? Without critics mentioning it how poorly it is.
I think the brightness is ok, and it really depends on where you set your monitor up. If the room gets really bright with sunlight, you would notice the brightness not being bright enough if it’s hitting the monitor directly. But you could also use darker curtains if it bothers you. Overall, I would like it to be brighter, but it’s not a deal breaker for me
I thought I could hook speakers up to the headphone jack, but it doesn’t work. I need sound on my monitor, this is not cool.
You should be able to hook speakers up to it, as long as they're self powered. But you also have to enable DTS:X and need to have the DTS:X software installed.
Why does the remote have a volume button when there aren’t any speakers
Because you can hookup headphones to it, and you could also hookup speakers to it.
Great video! What graphic setting did you set Gow Ragnarok on your PS5 with this monitor? thanks!
I had the graphic settings set to the default settings, I haven’t played around with the in game settings
How are u getting the full 240fps?? What processor do u have
Right-click your desktop and go to Display settings > Advanced display settings Then choose a display from the drop-down and click Display adaptor properties. Next, select the Monitor tab and choose a refresh rate from the drop-down. Right-click any blank area on your desktop.
try change resolution and refresh rate
Can’t find this desk stand in white
Yeah I actually took a look at it, and it seems they removed the white, maybe it’s out of stock at the moment, or they might be planning on updating it
I noticed you were getting 80fps on god of war on ps5. I thought that game capped at 60fps
I have God of War set to performance mode which prioritizes performance and frame rates. The other options will cap it at 60fps for higher fidelity
My rgb doesn’t turn on is there a button or something ?
It’s in the menu settings, look for hexagon lighting
@@FIREWOLFTECH what menu ?
@@kvxii there’s a menu that you can access using the remote or the button on the bottom
Me too. Ive been looking for this
@@charlonbanayo7496 I didn’t know how to turn it on so I keep it off if u know how to turn it on let me know pls
Lol dude getting 120-150fps acting like 240hz is a game changer 😅
Yeah, but it's OLED pixel refresh time that makes it smoother, because there's no ghosting and pixels change color instantly. On LCD's, pixels have GtG response times that are pretty abysmal in comparison, so the pixels don't change color instantly, they just ramp up and ramp down between color transitions before they finally settle on the right color and hold that color. That's why you get ghosting.
I really wish this came with 4K
Yep me too but 1440p is still good
Yeah it’s still good, but if you’re coming directly from a 4K monitor, you’ll notice the lower PPI
@@FIREWOLFTECH 4K is pointless on 27 inch monitor!!
does run at 4k, will drop to 120hz. No technology is up to date to be OLED, 240hz,glossy finish and 4K, kind of absurd, but with the monitors showcased at CES 2023 it's promising. As TV competition and sales go down those panels will be cut up and hopefully adjusted to meet that agenda but not in early 2023 as of now. Definitely a plethora of monitors with more in 2024
@@rafaeldeleon232 I don’t think it’s pointless, since a higher resolution would mean a higher pixel density making the smallest details like text more crisp and clear. For example A MacBook Pro 16” has a resolution of 3456 x 2234, while you might say that’s absurd and overkill, it’s the reason why that display looks so sharp.
Just brought this monitor to compare with Asus 360hz dude this is not even close to Asus returning to tomorrow
What did you not like about it ?
@FireWolfTech its not fast as they say colour accuracy is bad also amount of brightness is way too low! And if you're at 360hz going back to 240 is very hard and very noticeable. Also Asus got 25 inch mode and it's just much better for me . But biggest issue was brightness and 240 hz for me
@@cglrtrk did you update the firmware?
@@cglrtrk But it looks terrible, so gamey and off putting :( i like the look of LG but i doubt too hard what to get
@@zerozerozero_0 if you can push frames definitely asus ! Try it yourself and see the difference
