At first I was a lil skeptical about this workout because it was only 16 min but when I did it I was already ready to give up lol great workout and i am glad i pushed through it
I finally did it!!! My first complete workout from this channel! Of course the last one I did the low impact modification, but I feel I'm much better! I could do only the warm up a couple of months ago hahahah I feel great now!
I swear, these workouts really helped my heart. Before I'd be wheezing, and by the third time, I noticed that my heart rate lowers even when I'm doing the inbetween jogging so I don't have to pause to catch my breath. It's incredible.
I never really exercised except when required in my school PE class. Now I want to change this lifestyle just within my home. This looks good so I will start now. I need to burn this 20 kg of mine to be in ideal body weight😭

Did this one this morning, followed by a 10 minute butt + thigh strength routine. Yeouch! Great workout, flies by and you really get your seat on. I love the modifications so I can easily modify what I'm doing to fit my needs and moods.

Thank you so much for providing low impact modifications. It makes the routines doable. I know you have a few low impact cardio workouts but it's good to have variety both in the whole routine and with different exercises. Very greatly appreciated.
Great moves, I like how you integrated a warmup and a bigger break as well. Makes you feel like you can just follow along and don't have to make adjustments like in most other youtube workouts. I did this as the cardio part of my workout and did some strength training afterwards. Do you have ab-including HIITs as well?

to be honest this used to feel like nothing and itd warm me up to working out but after not working out for 4 months it really hits you badly, but i wont give up because last time i did I lost my confidence and became more soft. People used to say I had toned pretty legs, that they were thick and now my nickname has gone back to chicken legs and people think i lost 20 lbs but in reality all the weight is in my back and stomach and I haven't worn tight shirts and pants in months. I reassure you that if you keep going you will be happy :'(
i stayed the same weight but i wasn't as lean and I have to start with 10 minute cardio workouts like this one.. I didn't wanna aim for my legs and wanted to lose weight maybe another 30 lbs but I started off with a leg workout anyways;; next week will be stomach kekekeke

+Doda Dado This is a myth. Eating after 9pm won't cause harm...you need to fuel yourself! a calorie is a calorie no matter what time! don't worry about those myths!:)
can I push my self and continue this workout even if i had a chest burn??and is is it normal to experience this burn during HIIT workouts? and please we need tips for how to properly breath during workouts please
