@@Prem-j9l3s it isn't. i mean it can be. at its very core, fitness and exercise are work. we often do what we can to find excuses as to why we cant do it. thats why we get these fun little fitness trackers and things that get us more invested. if we didnt have any music, fitness trackers, fitness equipment etc. then all we would have is the work.
For me, my Apple Watch is a mini IPhone, and a wonderful Christmas gift that entertains me. I really don’t have to have it! (Except I love having anything Apple!) I’ve retired early due to chronic pain and health issues, so I don’t use it the same way my daughters do. For them, it’s a great way to discreetly see messages while at work. They also make use of the exercise features. I love playing with the watch faces and being able to pick up a phone call without having to reach for my phone. Your video showed me some new tricks, and I’m looking forward to trying them out! Thank you!
