- Priscilla set up a surprise for our senior's special day. Today was the day he would have graduated from high school and although he missed a lot of his senior year we tried to make the best of it for him.

Asa, I have to say that Abbie did really great crossing the street. We all saw her coming and stopped. But Abbie totally stopped, looked, then walked over to Mom.
My son and I had fun doing that for Isaiah & really enjoyed seeing today how happy it made him.

Abbie is the same age/grade as my sister, and I am the same age/grade level as Isaiah.

We have a 18 year old autistic. That is a couple weeks older than Isaiah, He had decided he wasn’t going to walk for graduation this year because it was too much for him. With Covid he saw everything was in smaller masses and he felt left out. After seeing your Vlog I arranged for a graduation parade. When you need support your special needs families come to rescue! He felt so loved and involved without the anxiety! Thanks so much for all the support and love you guys put in your vlog!

I'm so glad Isaiah will be able to tell stories when he's an old man about the pandemic of 2020, and how despite all the hardships, his peeps threw him a parade.
Abbie definitely deserves the Teen Queen award, I love the looks on her face when Asa was asking whether she crossed the road. She totally had the "whatever, dad! I'm 15 and almost an adult, what's the big deal?!" Girlfriend didn't need words, she's got sass! I've never seen Abbie so interested in a video, giving so many spontaneous socially appropriate responses. I could see her just beaming when they were talking about how awesome she's done with homeschool, and her giggles at the humorous parts made me melt. I have a feeling she'll be asking to watch it again with Summer.
I think your RV trip is going to be a blast for everyone. I'm a big fan of gifting experiences too, We've all got way too much stuff already, and safe family time away from home is worth gold these days. Looking forward to seeing all the awesome shots you'll be getting. An RV trip sounds like Abbie's perfect way to holiday. It'll will be like a never ending car-ride with all her favourite things.
