OMGOMGOMG I love this man. I'm 47 years old and have been obsessed since I was 13. I've been to 24 Bon Jovi concerts and still have all my stubs! LOL/ Feb 8, 2008 I even got a high five during a show in Detroit.

I love Kelly and I sure do love Jon Bon Jovi. He's as handsome as ever. He and his music helped me through a difficult time of my life. It's My Life is my favorite song of JBJ.

Ha ha, I love how she talked about how she always raises the key.
Which is funny because kelly is known to lower the key on her own songs when she performs them live. Stronger, already gone, hazel eyes, my life would suck without you, underneath the tree, medicine ... almost always sung half a step lower or a full step lower live. And most of the time they dont sound as good, especially on those uptempo anthems, the song on lower key doesnt soar as much or feel as anthemic.

@@fuckurbody are You Sure that she still Doing this? I only heared her Lowering 1 Semitone and in her pregnancy and after her birth she lost the ability to belt her old Songs. But right now i know she can do all her Song in the original Key .even her Bad vocal days we're amazing for me
Feride Dogan yes. She started lower the keys to her own songs way before her first pregnancy and still do on her last tour, meaning of life. I feel like my life would suck without You suffered tne most. It just sucks the life/energy out of the song and the anthemic driving chorus just falls flat with the lowered key. Im sure she can sing it in the original key, but the lowered key version makes it easier on her voice and for voice preservation purposes
@@fuckurbody yes she lowered few Songs Like a Semitone ca in 2013. she reallY almost lost her super high belts Like when she releases Heartbeat Song. And yes i heared once my life would suck without You and IT was reallY flat in the Chorus but i also heared the Band not playing in the Same Key AS she sang.since she released her Last Album her Voice massivly evolved again Thats why i know that she still can belt Out the high g 5 Note. But i can understand her when shes touring and performe Like 13 Songs she cant sing all the high notes in every performance.and You can See Most time in her Performance when she has 0 energy. You know to be only a Singer without Family and Kids is less pressure than being both. But shes Doing great now 😁 her Voice is awsome again
One of the best lines in the song is ( like Frankie said I did it my way. ) You really listen to the words of the song, ( My way ) it says it all. Although I know Frank Sinatra it's his , his hit song. I'm more familiar with Elvis Presley's version. And even now when I hear him sing it , it sends chill bumps down my spine. Cause it was his Life. And he certainly lived it the way he wanted to. It's my life by Bon Jovi means to me it's your life ... Only got one live it to the fullest. That's why to me it was perfect that line like Frankie said I did it my way. It intertwines both of the meanings of the songs. But that's just my interpretation of both songs. Love Kelly her voice is flawless. I've been a fan of Bon Jovi since little runaway off the album Bon Jovi Bon Jovi
the performance was special, she had the legend Sheila e and Cory her old band member join in. It’s one of my favourite songs ever, she did really well. She was brave asking him what he thought of it

I just suddenly had the urge to listen to this song, after only ever hearing it maybe once or twice in my life, and just fairly remembering a lyric or two.
That part 'like Frankie said, "I did it my way" ', became my instant favorite part of the song just now! Because when I heard it, I instantly recognized where it came from and loved it!

Most people seem to care only about how a song sounds, but to me the lyrics are by far more important.

She sometimes lowers the keys of her own songs. But for male covers, she often raises the key. Which is not surprising...

@Smiley L Well, high notes are more impressive when hit by people that have lower voice types. As a soprano, you SHOULD be able to sing a song originally written in a key for a man higher. Being able to sing the lower notes would actually demonstrate more range in her case, so it's really nothing to "brag" about.

Good grief, can't this man LET...IT...GO?! Kelly's being funny and charming, interviews starting great and he HAS to make a snide remark regarding??? You all caught it. Grow up, move on and if he's the one that was screwing up so bad, then why so bitter after you've moved past it (supposedly) years ago?
I was a little put off that he brought up that she changed the key. Um, duh! She’s a female! It felt like he was trying to find a way to subtlety diss her and complain about something because she sang his song better than him. Having said that, I think she walked into that criticism by constantly making all topics about herself. This whole moment made me cringe. I do love Kelly, but she needs someone in her ear telling her not to keep making every interaction with her guests about her.

She's going to have a casual conversation with her guests where both people have input in the topic. Do you converse with people and never share anything about yourself?
