It's just that so much of the world has become so, insanely, rap and hip-hop crazed now, that I'm not sure they can appreciate true, bonified, lasting, talent even, when they pump into it. It's not Jon alone, for sure, there are other too, but he's in the top 10 to 5% of mega-superstar, Rock Stars, out there, who took the whole, genera to a whole, new, level.

My first concert ever was Bonjovi New Jersey tour with Skidrow! 1989! Still the best concert of my life!

Also at that time, I think Bon Jovi would be promoting the New Jersey album, so they would have opened with my favourite song 'Lay Your Hands On Me', with full pyro🤗

This Man let alone the BAND have been a part of my whole life and experiences and I couldn't have gotten through some reallllly difficult situations without their music. They mean so much to me. I am so glad they are doing well.

I met a good friend at an animal sanctuary about 9-10 years ago. She & her daughter were there from New Jersey. She ended up adopting a dog there & she named her Jovi after Jon Bon Jovi! ❤

Thanks Mr bon jovi I will never forget your south African tour 27 year s ago. My best friend was 8 months pregnant. I dragged her off to your concert. Her daughter is 27 today. I left as my husband was working. He could not make it. But he came to fetch us and as we left you played bed of roses. I was so upset. But that is what wonderful memories I have. 1996 you had the concert in Durban south africa. Love your music

I babysat nextdoor to John when he still lived at home(his first album just came out)...I met Tico for the first time in 1979 in a bar called the Colonels Garter in NJ....I made Alec Such pay to get into a club (Close Encounters) where I worked hahaha He was a JERK but so worth the look on his face when I made him shell out $5!!!! And FYI, Zakk Wylde(not his real name), I worked with at Close Encounters when he played with a band called ZYRIS....it was funny, when he went to California to audition for Ozzy and he found out Ozzy hired him, we all busted on him and asked for his autograph lol OH THE GOOD OLD DAYS!!

Because they were all interviewed separately by the director including Richie. Richie just bitches about everything and blames everyone else for his problems. That band made him a very rich man, yet he speaks badly about Jon and the band. Jon on the other hand, has never said one bad word about him.
Listen, we all loved Richie, but he is not the same anymore. That's just a fact. And he needs to sober up already.

Bonjovi has been gone since Richie left. Let's stay objective: Richie really messed up by leaving the tour, will Jon forgive him one day? I do not believe. Afterwards, I think that the opportunity was ripe to exclude him definitively from the group... rightly so? Despite the differences and trying to read between the lines of the documentary, I find that John Shanks has come to fuck up the group by saying AMEN to everything that Jon suggests and trying to do everything to slowly fire Richie... On the album "What about now" he plays Richie's parts on a track because Richie was completely in the west... a detail? I don't think so, I think this guy has big teeth, in fact he's also on stage now. Richie did some shit, okay, done. Jon too, his ego is too big, just listen to the last totally failed album where even PhilX (that John Shanks proposed to Jon... well) doesn't express himself on the guitar, a solo or two out of twelve titles, the Bonjovi style guitar no longer exists... Jon only listens to him, only his voice, the fans listen to Jon and Richie, their voices, the guitar, the solos in order to let the music breathe a little. Jon had problems with his vocal cords... Perhaps he should have slowed down the crazy pace of touring... In short, producer John Shanks came to add additional layers to the differences already existing between Jon & Richie. .. He's the one who needs to be fired, get Richie back, make BONJOVI again with the help of Bob Rock as producer for example...
