Just tried your brownie recipe tonight, and it was divine with a glass of milk. Only thing I changed was added a pinch of instant coffee, as I do in all chocolate recipes, and sprinkled a bit of flaky sea salt right out of the oven. To die for! Did it in two separate mini loaf pans, one with nuts and one without. With the price of ingredients these days + the fact that I don’t want to be eating these things too often and have a small family, these small batch recipes are perfect for our needs. Trying your pecan pie next. 🤤
