He went back to the King Rd home looking for that knife sheath. He most likely thought he dropped it outside, but he didn’t. Of course he wasn’t going to reenter the crime scene. Im utterly astounded at people who thing this guy is innocent and being framed.

Even the cops didn't find the sheath on the first pass/search of the crime scene. If it was under Maddie idk how they would miss it. I'm not saying he's not a weirdo and maybe has done something but the evidence they currently have likely will not convict him. It's weak at best. Cell phone pings in the area don't mean much, 12 cells of DNA and that's all in that bloody of a scene is sus, the car year they were looking for is off, and he has no DNA evidence in his car, home, work, etc. My understanding is that cell tower will also ping if you're at the Walmart there too so he very easily could've been at the Walmart at least some of those 12 cell phone pings. Unless he's actually seen on camera around their home none of it proves he was there. Again, he may be guilty but they need more than this to convict.

There's a couple things I see that could give more detail. For 1 I believe Dylan's door opened from the other direction & I thought she only cracked the door after hearing the crying & saw him walk by. Also the doorway that he walks thru as he passes by her door has a step up/down, meaning one room was "sunken down" lower than the one it meets up with in said doorway. I believe that in the very dark house, especially since he would have already navigated the step on his way to kill the last 2 victims, he was looking down for the step & walked right by Dylan not even seeing her.

Also his bushy eyebrows wouldn’t have been easily seen in the dark at this angle. I don’t have a strong opinion on this case other than to say I still have doubts BK was the only one responsible. I have big problems with the roommates’ actions - especially DM. I don’t trust the cops to be honest if frat boys were part of this or something else nefarious that was going on at the house. Yes!!! The other thing I don't get, when they supposedly woke and called their friends, as they couldn't wake the room mates up due to them thinking they was passed out... Surely the blood and knife gashes were a huge giveaway? Its weird enough not calling the police after seeing a stranger at 4am sneaking about, but why not call once they'd seen the blood and gore? Also.. they have to have heard something! Especially with Xana fighting for her life!! Screaming/shouting will have been happening and the audio for the cctv on the house next door proved that! So how was Dylan suppose to know, that the unfamiliar guy, she saw come from Xana’s room and leave out the door, just murdered 4 people in the house? She more likely thought that he was Ethan’s friend. Ethan was there that night.
So is Dylan suppose to be a superhero who has ESP, and who is able to see through walls and floors? Have bionic hearing and then be able to fight off some psychopath, who has a 7 inch fixed blade knife and possibly a gun? I dont understand everyones thinking.
The reason Dylan and Bethany survived was because they had locked bedroom doors, which im sure BK checked and skipped. Because you cant go knocking on bedroom doors in the house, if you plan on murdering them. Thats how you get heard and seen. Then busted.

It makes no sense that she could make out words from someone speaking but couldn't make out if someone was playing with a dog or being murdered. 🤷🏼‍♀️
Being that Xana and Ethan ordered food and Xana was active in tiktok it was likely that one of them was awake.. and if she saw someone enter her room who she didn't know and she saw them with a knife... (IMO) then she would likely yell loud enough for everyone in the house to wake up.
Idk... it's odd is all I'm saying.
I'm not saying she did it... But I am partially wondering why he picked who he picked. If it was Bryan then I'd say he's exceptionally smart aside from the small DNA left on the knife sheath.
They haven't found a murder weapon. His car was clean. No DNA transfer... They haven't found clothing... Shoes... Nothing. So if it was him and he did all of this methodically.... Why leave surviving roommates? Why... Would he pass right by one and leave them alive. It's so odd!

Mortensen was unwilling to admit to cops that she was drunk and that seeing strange men arrive or depart in the middle of the night was not alarming in a house full of party girls who hooked-up. When the masked guy walked by, she had not been alarmed by anyone screaming bloody murder. After Covid. a face mask was not alarming. Regular night noises in that house were not alarming. Just a bit before, the four victims had returned home and a door dash was delivered. That night she had no clue about the carage. When cops asked why she waited to call 911, she knew about the murders, so she SAID she was "frozen in fear" for about 8 hours. This makes no sense wnatsoever. If she was terrified by the masked stranger, after an hour of silence, or less, she would have called 911 from her room if she was still too scared to investigate. Furthermore, 99.8% of chicks would go there rather than admit being drunk and living with a bunch of party-girls.

If Kaylee did in reality say" there's someone here" then that most likely would indicate that Kaylee was speaking to someone. DM did not say Kaylee shouted this statement only that she heard who she thought was Kaylee saying this. Thus, it would be most probable that Kaylee knew at least one of her roommates were awake and hear this statement.

You’re disgusting and this is a stupid comment. I lived in a college house and there were many weird things that happened when I was drunk and lots of weird things I would hear-none of which would make me call the cops. She probably dashed to the room of the only living roommate who has her own bathroom and home entrance. She wouldn’t have to pass by any bedrooms and wouldn’t have seen anything. She tells her to calm down and go to bed. They fall asleep and wake up late. Four people with cellphones upstairs. They probably called and called and heard phones but none answered. They freaked out when all 4 phones are unanswered or alarms going off, a friend comes over and they call 911-THAT is why it was said they were unconscious. I cracked my door and saw ppl I didn’t know in my college apartment all the time. You can’t control what roommates do.

The only spot I noticed might need updating is Ethan. I have heard a lot of people think he was in the hall and saw Bryan. It would have been hard for whoever did this to go into a bedroom and take on an awake person and another, meaning Xana and Ethan. If his main target was Maddie or Kaylee, he probably wanted to get the hell out of there and his wrist would already probably be sore. Also, that Good Vibes sign (there was one in Kaylee's room and one in the living room) in the living room would have been shining on him as he walked towards Dylan. Important to point out in my opinion, may be why he didn't attack her, his eyes were adjusting due to the light from the sign.

The big question is why did he kill Xana and Ethan? No one has talked about where the surviving roommates were that evening and what time did they get home? Also I believe DM heard a lot more than what she is admitting to. You know police will say they rule out people as suspects when in reality they are watching them like a hawk and just waiting. Also, if you think a friend is passed out and not waking up, you call 911, not friends. And in a panic that one was not waking up, what about the other 3 and obvious blood? The story just does not add up.

Xana in my opinion was just coming out of the kitchen when he was coming down the stairs, she saw him and ran but he caught her and stumbles with her all the way back to her room, her dying at her door, but now Ethan sees and goes at him, but the killer has the advantage since the room is so small, no floor space and Xana is on the floor. Ethan is attacked, landing back on the bed. Ethan was unarmed, no match for a crazed man with a large knife.

It is true what everyone has said…….your video is top notch and follows the PCA / narrative to a T. Your skills would be of SO much use to tell the real story. You don’t have to speculate, simply document ALL the facts and events ie: bodycam of Banfield incident, w traffic passing, the ppl running from direction of 1122, Linda Lane footage, Bodycam incidents at Apartment complex The visual would certainly help folks to see there is no way this tragedy happened the way the PCA states it did.
One perfect example is that E/X were NOT home by 1:45 as the Linda Lane footage clearly, visibly shows them walking in a door into that complex between 1230-130am.

That young lady should have had a rifle or a shotgun and some training. Instead she WENT BACK TO SLEEP AFTER SHE HEARD HER ROOMATES MURDERED AND SAW THE KILLER. I would be very disappointed if that was my daughter, but I would not have raised her to react so poorly and fearfully.
