Committing a crime like this put all your rage and anger go into it and then you do things that if you were more calm and rational at the time you would not have done
@StillKeepOnLosing Exactly! That's the problem. To me it makes more sense if the perps were friends with them and got mad about something. All 4 are connected in some way. Who was made at them or who thought they were a threat to them for some reason?
@@debraabell5681 can u tell me why they targeted BK? And the fbi? They wanted to frame him too? And the state police? They’re all involved with the Moscow PD?? Really?
@ lol the trial will expose them. It’s pretty far fetched to think that way but I’ve been wrong before. How do people just ignore and discount facts as unfortunate unfair consequences???? I can’t, sorry. The defense has no defense for the facts, that’s why they want everything thrown out.
I'm happy to hear Matt so cranky about the house being torn down. I couldn't believe it either. Ridiculous. That house was so important to the case in terms of evidence, the jury being able to see the crime scene if they asked and yeah, it would have unnecessarily further traumatised the families. It was such an unusual and unique house architecturally. I agree with Matt that taking the house down doesn't make any sense at all and the community aren't going to forget those murders in a hurry, whether the house is there or not. It would have been much smarter to keep it there until the trial was done.
Architecturally~? I know what your mean but it was more like haphazardly thrown together and probably over time. I'm surprised they ever got a zoning permit to do it and it could not have passed a building inspection without somebody being crooked. Did you happen to notice the frame when they were tearing it down? The corner studs were like these very thin metal poles. It was like they added a mobile house atop the original and it was an eye sore even before the murders.
If healing is so concerning for the students, why would you place a gag order on the 2 roommates for 2+ years? They can not speak to each other? They can not explain the 8hr gap in calling 911? How is that helping them heal?
This happened in my hometown of Moscow, ID. He was a student at Washington State University in Pullman WA, not University of Washington which is in Seattle Wa.
I'm sorry for the town being thrust into the spotlight and the feelings of fear from this case. Can I ask respectfully if it is upsetting that the discussion is open if a book is involved and do you feel that people understand all our concerns and interests in the case or just feel violated by the focus? I hope justice and peace find its way to all in Moscow. Thank you for correcting that error so respectfully, it is not a typical response these days.
@@bethnshermy He doesn't even like the FBI's definition of a 'serial killer'. Whoever committed this crime was a mass murderer, he doesn't seem to even understand this simple premise.

The case doesn’t qualify for federal court at this moment. Diversity jurisdiction doesn’t cover criminal cases. The appeal will move to federal court on appeal where they will work through whether it violated constitutional rights.
00:00 I WILL never understand why the dog was in a separate room unless the doors to both rooms were open which is entirely possible. 25:28 CORRECTION: K went to Washington State University in Pullman, WA, not U of WA (in Seattle). 29:18 LEFT OUT: The absolute hardest part for everybody to understand is the 8 hours that went by before police were called. Many students not only in that University but others already knew about the homicides or at the very least that something terrible happened there, before police were ever called in. Of course, Matt would know nothing about this b/c NO ONE DOES. A student's mother testified to her son learning about it early on in a news show. She even asked him how he could have known before the police. Texts were flying all over the students of fraternities and sororities phones, even in Washington. 40:50 I WISH everybody would just stop with "the target." He knew a lot of people would be there, so any target would do. Meanwhile there is only minimum suggestive evidence that it might be one of two people targeted. I think the house was targeted. Wasn't Maddie one time 'messaged' by K and did not respond to it? Kaylee had already moved out. Surveilling the house that night, he would have seen which room had a light on. 51:32 LEFT OUT: no mention of how they took the DNA from the knife sheath clasp but ran it through a private company's genealogy site supposedly forbidden for use in law enforcement. In fact, we heard a lot about this early on but since the gag order ~ nada. If this isn't allowed into evidence it destroys the probable cause for the PA surveillance which got the DNA of his dad from the trash. 53:40 I DISAGREE. He acted remarkably relaxed when he was pulled over in Indiana. He said something about going to or coming from a place to eat, but his dad said "home to PA" and mentioned the long-A$$ trip. (Brian's heart must have skipped a beat, although his plates would have been a dead give-away and he had to know the cop saw them). Also interesting is that the cop was on the passenger side of the car and you didn't see K's legs or hands shaking or any unusual signs. Obviously, the cop saw nothing either. I think the other still photo where the cop is on the driver's side. and his eyes do look bugged. was taken on the University campus because you see people sitting in the background. But his eyes have that feature anyway. 59:16 ANOTHER damn good reason to abolish the death penalty. Do the families learn about all the advantages the defendant gets? Motion upon motion...delay upon delay... It is now November 2024. Good show, guys!
I dont know where you got the information that using ancestry DNA is strictly forbidden. Ancestry’s website says they dont work with law enforcement but will give out information if there if requested through a warrant or subpoena or a few other legal paths. The terms of service for the DNA kits mentions that there are times where your information could be given to law enforcement. Various states have allowed the use of this kind of evidence in trial.
It doesnt matter how many year experience you have. This case is under gag order. This is your opion and not facts. Shame on you for making money off this tragedy. What happened to innocent till proven guilty. Its people like you doing interviews like this that makes it impossible for him to get a fair trial.
The gag order does not apply to the public or their opinions, I'm assuming you watched this video because it was about Kohberger and because he said things you didn't agree with you have nothing nice to say about him, as far as making money he has every right to sell a book he wrote and the books called " The Book of Murder " not the kohberger murder, if anything he said didn't change your mind about this case then what makes you think it will keep BK from getting a fair trial? Murphy has said nothing that the public doesn't know already from the PCA and that is the fact he is given... the other was his opinion, and just because Kohberger is innocent until proven guilty doesn't mean people aren't allowed to think he's guilty anymore than you can be pissed about it. I'm not going to be the one sitting in the jurors seat judging his fate are you?
Debraabell5681 Gag orders are issued by a judge to participants in a trial not the whole world. The intention is to not prejudice a jury pool; especially during the trial . That being said, there's a constitutional right ; the freedom of speech , for all Americans. The equalization is balanced with the fact that trials, especially in high profile cases are put off a year or two to begin with. Freedom of the press is constitutionally balanced by the withholding of some of the facts by the police in evidence . So limiting what's released, It's nipped.in the.bud because people outside of the professional scope and witnesses don't know.all the.evidence anyway. Also the judge could allow relocation of the venue where it's trialed too to limit.jury contamination. Also in the procedure of interviewing juror prospects , the defense and prosecution are allowed to question with each allowed to eliminate prospective bias in the jurors selected. Equally choosing who they want and don't want to be on the jury. So there are checks and balances. Karen Morente . need

This prosecutor is a very dangerous man because he has the ability to prosecute anyone he thinks may have committed a crime, even when he has little to no knowledge of the totality of the circumstances. Let me clear, Brian Kohberger may very well be guilty, but there is little to no evidence at this stage suggesting he is. It would behoove you to familiarize yourself (selves) with the facts of the case - that is, with the scant amount that has been made publicly known while both a gag order remains in place and the majority of pertinent court documents have been filed under seal. This prosecutor has already convicted Kohberger in his mind while continuing to make statements like, i.e., he believes or it appears, etc., that Bryan did this or that.
I will pose the following questions to you: (1) How could the knife sheath that was supposedly found under one of the girl’s body, which the prosecutor here described the killing as being a "massacre," where there was an extremely large amount of blood, not also contain the blood and/or DNA of either or both of the young ladies found in bed with the knife sheath? (2) How could Kohberger have killed 4 individuals in the same house, where there were at least 2 other surviving roommates, without causing a scene in which the surviving roommates were not alerted that their fellow roommates were fighting for their lives? The answer to both questions is that it would have been nearly, if not, impossible. There are a lot of unanswered questions at this juncture in this case and it should terrify anybody listening to this video how quick this prosecutor is to finding someone guilty of such a heinous crime, without first waiting for all the facts and evidence to be submitted. Keeping in mind that, as of yet, there has neither been any blood evidence found whatsoever in connection to Kohberger and the crime that occurred on the deadly night in question, which, at the very least, is certainly suspect given the amount of blood found at the scene, nor any connection, through social media or otherwise, that ties Kohberger to any of the victims. The touch DNA found on the knife sheath, where no other DNA was found, is an issue for the experts in this case to testify on, and we should all want to hear such testimony before forming an opinion on such. There is a simple question everyone involved here should ask themselves, which includes the jury should this case go to trial. Namely, would you feel the same way if this was you or a loved one who was being charged with these crimes, in that the evidence here is beyond a reasonable doubt? Or would you be more hesitant to feel the way you now do? Additionally, perhaps you may think this could never happen to you, in that you would never be charged for a crime like this because you would never do something so terrible or because you would never put yourself in such a predicament resulting in you being charged. Is it at all possible that Kohberger could have thought the same thing prior to being indicted for something he may not be guilty of? Think about it before you pass judgment here.
Not even a fraction as embarrassing as your comment is going to look by next summer. Ever ask yourself why, with all the “evidence” that bubbly(fart) waters, Pav and Lana have unearthed, no one has contacted Ann Taylor, Idaho Attorney General or the Department of Justice(if FBI is involved)? Why? Are they all involved too? Why didn’t they use the death of Kopacka and frame him? Why if Bryan is innocent is Ann Taylor trying to suppress evidence from his car, phone, apartment, parents home, Amazon acct, Google AT&T, iPad and more-that’s a mighty trove of evidence to plant🤣🤣🤣
What was Bryan Kohberger connection to the King Road house students? I can't understand what would possess a 28 year old Ph.D student at one university decide on that specific house with 6 students living in it to carry out such a violent and personal attack on 4 of them but leave at least one person who saw the intruder alive? IF he brought the knife in its seat to kill them why would he leave without it. He had a degree in Criminology and was studying forensic evidence and that sheath being left behind seems so odd. If they hadn't found that how would they have connected him to the murder? The murder weapon has never been found and they were tipped off by security guards at Pullman who came forward in response to LE asking anyone to report if they saw a white Elantra. He is a scary looking guy and fits the image of a mass slayer but if we act on looks and odd behaviour there would be lots of innocent people in prison. The justice system in America is supposed to believe that someone is innocent until proven guilty and I feel that there should be less secrecy and gagging orders around the case.

@MichaelLMayes The whole investigation is shady from day one...I have the strong feeling that it's a cover-up and politics involved... Which means the local Authorities in Latah County received the orders from Higher-ups through FBI, University President, etc. to save the reputation of the crazy, freaking Fraternities...Which are the selecting, recruiting 'institution' to supply the Establishment with the best highly-educated loyal servants in the future...If it turned out to be true that students from Fraternities are capable of committing a terrible quadruple murder...More and more whistle-blowers would start talking about the craziness what they experienced all over USA... They're in fear....I know it sounds too far-fetched a theory...but what doesn't nowadays.

All the facts and evidence point directly at Kohberger. There is no cover up, the facts don't lie. He was out and about the night and time of the murders, white Elantra at the crime scene, sped off fast, his alibi is crap, caught wearing gloves sorting through trash at his house and 3 in the morning, during surveillance he's seen taking trash in the wee hours of the morning to his neighbors bins, his phone was turned off at the time of the crimes. These aren't just bad luck circumstances that point toward him. His attorney's are doing what they're trained to do but they can't save him.
@@heather4180 it’s no big deal. The trial will prove who is right and who is wrong. What people don’t absorb when I say my opinion is I use the word “facts”. That’s not evidence. There is evidence that both girls were calling and texting someone named Jack repeatedly and that Xana ordered from Doordash. And police had asked the public for help in the whereabouts of Xana and Ethan from 9-1 ish. No mention of Xana and Ethan being intoxicated AT ALL. Even when they think they are going to be in trouble? The bodycams of MPD show these kids couldn't even tell the truth on a noise complaint! And now they have 4 murders to explain? First time viewer here. Thankyou. This was brilliant and fascinating. What a great guest, with a wealth of interesting professional experiences. He really has it all, as you say: intelligent, well spoken and yes, devastatingly good looking too.
How does a DA from Los Angeles have so much info on an Idaho case that is sealed, gag ordered and close to the vest? For a book , is that to influence the public opinion? Just asking because special acception seems to be made when it benefits the state? Howard Blum getting info made no sense for his book either. Justice for these victims needs to not be a game of chess played in the bookstores.
Love the show, Matt is the GOAT! However, he said Kaylee was the target, I think he meant Maddie, since it was her room, not Kaylees and they know BK was following and communicating with her on a few apps.
I read yesterday, not sure where, and from Wiki, that Ted Bundy (after escaping from authorities in Aspen, Colorado, during his trial, bludgeoned with a firewood log, slashed, gutted, and horribly SA'd four sorority sisters in Florida. From Wiki: "Tallahassee detectives determined that the four attacks took place in a total of less than 15 minutes, within earshot of more than 30 witnesses who heard nothing. Two girls survived. So it is certainly within reason that BK could have done what he did in under 10 minutes. Also, on several Reddit threads I read that he slashed one of the girls, pulled out her intestines, and hung them on a ceiling fan. The details reported are sickening. This, so much blood.
How else would a person that studies forensic evidence of mass homicides, as a criminologist in training, plan this event. ? The culprit would disguise vehicle number plate, disguise tbeir phone signal for travel . Access back up weapons to ensure a silent event like a stun device and then plan surveillance activity to monitor household. Was that device removed from scene by culprit ? The hardware seized may have a trail of e-data to link evidence. ..
Yes, he would have been so meticulous with each of these issues, but when it came to pulling the knife out of the sheath, Kohberger decided to put it on the bed, commit the crime, and then leave without it, knowing that it could be the very piece of evidence that tied him to the crime. Possible? Perhaps, but not likely.
I have the same education. I would have left my phone at home, attempt to obscure the plate, take a route that doesn't make sense, stop a few places, etc. I would never take a knife in a sheath. I'd also shave all my body hair. It would be helpful to have a plan to clean up quick and change into clean clothing but it's very hard to not put blood/DNA in your car. Maybe he tarped and saran wrapped the entire interior. The clothing would go into the ground and the knife into a river where the blood and DNA should mostly come off.
If culprit was wearing a surgical type of bodysuit or the Dickies suit without a waistband, the sheath may have slipped during struggle . Phone was brought with culprit as he knew how to disguise phone signal , probably hidden inside a key fob security pouch, acts like a faraday bag to block phone signal and looks unsuspisious ...
I do not feel this BKs first rodeo. I feel that he has simply gotten away with it several times. He has LE pegged as lazy and often they do not look deeper. He expected he again, would not be caught. Grateful LE got him.
I think was his first try (assuming the current facts are accurate). To me, it makes sense that he would be highly prepared, yet at the same time make mistakes such as forgetting the knife sheath, panicking and leaving the house before clearing it of witnesses, driving and circling the neighborhood excessively before committing to the crime, and not having a proper alibi (just to name a few). Who knows though, maybe your right, it’s going to be interesting to see the evidence.
Do you think it is interesting that BK was studying Cell phone technology? And further interesting that he enlisted the support of an expert that disputes current cell phone technology findings? He must have been planning this for some time.
Or he knows a lot about cell phone technology, so he believes his phone records will exonerate him. The expert is working for free because he believes the evidence he's seen is exculpatory for BK.
@@MichaelLMayes Some things I think are interesting: 1. Female neighbor he allegedly set up home surveillance for 2. Driving around the house on last day of term on the night of...and repeatedly before 3.He was intentionally vicious to the girls only in the class when he graded papers. 4. He was >once warned about his conduct as Teacher Assistant 5. He was only (?) male at front row of The Handmaid's Tale author lecture: strategic? 6. The killer planned and believed he committed the perfect murder 7. Upon arrest, saying "did you arrest anyone else?" is akin to "if that photo came from the girls on the bridge, it wasn't me" [Bridge Guy Richard Allen] 8. Patsies are more logical for political conspiracies. 9. The planting of DNA, or knife sheath will be debunked by evidence already in play and not timely for BK. 10. How BK was caught in early a.m. in gloves disposing of garbage in baggies and in other ppl's bins and sisters suspecting him (even going to check out his car that had been bleached) is interesting.
Reminds me of a study were LE interrogators were pitted against average civilians to determine who were the best at detecting people lying. The LE interrogators were no better than the average person as each group scored an average of 50%. Spies on the other hand scored on average of over 80% detecting liars. The detective is a classic example of personal opinion heavily influenced by the mainstream media parroting a conviction at all costs even if the accused is actually innocent. The only evidence presented was the touch familial DNA, which was reverse constructed to the target match, as the same DNA could be constructed to match anyone and that's from the IGG.
I disagree with Matt about the university taking down the building. As he said n his next answer, these cases can take 10 years. Universities are places for young people, full of life and learning. A death house of horror is not healthy. It’s not just about a shadow over the campus or financial reasons. It is 2 years now, those poor murder victims wouldn’t want this to be their legacy. What if the case drags on for 10 years?
Idk how the university has the right to make any decisions involving this case. It was ridiculous that they tore that house down while they are still waiting for the trial. Scott Green was all up in the mix of it all and idk why. He isn't LE
Etans triplets wanted the murder house destroyed as they found it too disturbing to attend school there and walking past the house. Personally i wonder if they couldve avoided that exposure. It seems to me that the offer of covering it up with fencing and tarps may:ve helped ; not to mention the possibility of a completely different route. I feel great sympathy; though but the girls families were against destroying the house. The fbi did extensive videoing inside the house. Understanding the unusual layout and sound quality is better understood in person for sure. At the risk of prejucing the jury understanding the preservation would in my mind be better for both. The defense could argue limited access by the jury at trial. This would, in my opinion be more prudent. In my personal life experiences. i'd say that the park would also be desruptive to the families suffering minds and hearts. I believe the house should be boarded up, fenced off with blinds but nothing will take the daily memories. You cant eliminate your suffering except perhaps recognizing the importance of the potential for an appeal enabling the defense because there was some discussion of raising/diverting suspicion onto the surviving girls . This based on how long it took to report the crime, the visability and auditorialy ; which prohibited the realization of what had occurred . I can understand the fear. If not really heard or seen denial amd substance abuse would be altering the girls experience. Best understood by the ability to go into the crime scene. Especially as one witnessed Bryan in the house the night of the murder. My deepest sympathies to the families , friends , police, emts and loved ones. Were all deeply troubled by the horrific murders. As for economic impact . think the reminder of students being killed would inhibit the immediate registration and re-entry of students. Bryans arrest would help with that impression some for parents and students. However there would not be alot of people wanting to live in that house again. The owner passed it to the college quickly after the slaughters God bless you all. Truth. Justice. Karen Morente
Bill Thompson in his email to the University stated that after reviewing Idaho case laws a jury view wasn't going to be allowed as the crime scene had changed too much. They took parts of walls/floors all of the furniture was taken away. Also, in Idaho, the accused has to be there if there is a jury view allowed as they can't do that without him present.

@MichaelLMayes why would an innocent boy put his trash in the neighbors bin or clorox his car? And why his parents or sisters are not around at all to support him. And talking about Matt, that dude stood up to Rodney Acula and got him. Oh, and stargazing, really? How did his DNA get in that room if he was stargazing in the park?
@@Dancingmylifeaway I'm sure Bryan will be thrilled to learn you will not be on the jury. And by the way, I never said I supported Bryan, I support the truth, which must be supported by facts and evidence, which this case severely lacks at this point, wherever it might lead.
With all due respect for Matt Murphy's experience, he has obviously done little research on this case. He is reciting the LE narrative that was put forth from the beginning. I have followed this tragic story since November 13, 2022. There are several videos proving that Sigma Chi fraternity were perpetrators with two Moscow PD present. The crimes did not occur at the 1122 King Road residence. The students were horrifically murdered at two sites. Ethan Chapin was stabbed repeatedly at Linda Lane. He was wrapped in a white plastic sheet and brought to nearby Taylor Ave/Band Field where Xana, Maddie and Kaylee met their final demise. The victims were not killed in their beds, but were staged in their rooms. Kaylee Goncalves had been sitting for much of the slaughter on her in the rear of a car and found rigored upright on the side of Maddie Mogen's bed. Bryan Kohberger was a socially awkward, loner attending WSU. The timing by LE was 4:05-4:19. However, Ethan was deceased by 2 am at Linda Lane. The three girls were killed at Taylor Ave/Band Field by 3:15 am. At this scene MPD Tesdahl and Rosenthal were present in an unmarked Ford Fusion. All four students had filed a report for investigation of LE w by Office of Civil Rights. The report is sealed in Court documents. There is far more evidence that MPD did not do a proper investigation and a cover up ensued. This was a well orchestrated plan by Sigma Chi fraternity and likely the powerful Christ Church aeb boys in black cloaks as ritualistic. If the truth were exposed it would destroy U of Idaho the primary resource for Moscow, major donors, LE, and Moscow community itself. Billions of dollars are at stake and reason to railroad Bryan Kohberger to avert the true perpetrators from facing justice.
WOW! Quite the imagination. Please provide proof and links to what you are claiming here. Not some fantasy posts from reddit or other garbage sources. Provide exactly how these conclusions were made. Let's see your well thought out thesis with provable sources that the murders were made elsewhere. What evidence was there that the MASTERMINDS of Sigma Chi orchestrated these murders and cover-up that makes the Kennedy Assassination look like a 4th grade play. Go ahead. I'll wait.
But if what you are saying IS true, how did Bryan K's touch DNA get on the knife sheath? Someone on another channel asked if it was possible that BK had ordered a knife like that and sent it back to Amazon could that account for the touch DNA.
@@user-uo8pu2hf3o There isn't any proof those are conspiracy theories fueled by a 4chan writer a week after the murders. Since we only have a released Linda Lane video everybody is trying to say it contains everything as the writer above is stating. The above theory is more convoluted than anything the CIA could cook up.
Oh one of my faves, no-nonsense Matt Murphy. What do we think of the internet campaigns for the likes of Richard Allen, BK? River stabber guy etc? Is this the slap back internet campaign for defense lawyers plugging their trade?

Whole you state your positions on this case in a precise succinct way, i dont buy it. Other scenarios can be even more likely. You are very practiced in your argument style, and that makes you seem believable. The problem is, you go with one theory at the exclusion of all else. Let me just pose one question here, for now. Ethan's injuries do not make your scenario pan out, or exclusively believable. Why were his calves slit, leaving him to a slow tortured death. You quit examining other scenarios that could fit even better. I hope some viewers will consider even this one part and see convincing reasons to look much, much deeper. Your case may sound convincing, as you are well practiced, but you are, in all liklihood, falling very, very short.. 🛐 Prayers for TRUE examination and justice
Why was there so much blood running down the outside of the house? Was that building so shabby built that liquids could leak out of the rooms. Or did BK wash himself down out there?
On several Reddit threads I read that he slashed one of the girls, pulled out her intestines, and hung them on a ceiling fan. The details reported are sickening. This, so much blood.
The survey you are referring to BK was assisting two professors on IRB approved research concerning how psychological traits and emotions effect decision making during the commission of crimes.
Theory with fixation on that girl is ridiculous 🤨🤔 he could just join the party and do to her whatever he wanted she wouldn’t even remember, they all were drunk as hell. He probably went there because he knew it was a party house so there are many fingerprints and other biological 😅 samples from all university, easy place for first crime, unfortunately for him he’s too stupid and got caught. Anyway studying definitely was not priority for those kids there are videos how police was called numerous times to this place so they and that house probably got their reputation and wasn’t as innocent as they might be shown by prosecutors now 🤔
I have a question, how much has been spent on BK's defense so far? Astronomical no? Is there a limit with a defense? We seem not to bat an eyelid as to his suit-wearing, hair gelling, and ongoing expenses as it relates to his defense.
@@carrow1057 yes, the defence lawyers are getting very fat from this. On the contrary Richard Allen got nothing. Could not afford expert reports, etc etc. he did not get ‘special meals’ he literally and figuratively ate ‘isht’ That is when you see a cover up as I said earlier. BK gets anything he wants. It’s transparent. No cover up here. RA on the other hand is likely a cover up due to the purposeful horrific treatment by the LE the prosecution and the judge. BK is being treated fairly. They have the evidence. They are affording him more than he needs and have spared no expense. Additionally the prosecution on RSs investigation and trial cost more than several million, but the defence got a meagre allowance and their hands shackled. It’s easy to see the difference between the treatment of a genuine suspect and a set up. I don’t understand what the BK groupies are cult ing on about.
Right now, it seems to me BK is controlling the narrative via his defence. If he feels they are not representing him they way he wants them to, he may make a stand to rep himself… he’s happy with his flying monkeys currently. IMO.

It was like they added a mobile house atop the original and it was an eye sore even before the murders.
the college leadership really wanted to move on. Horrific
If healing is so concerning for the students, why would you place a gag order on the 2 roommates for 2+ years? They can not speak to each other? They can not explain the 8hr gap in calling 911? How is that helping them heal?

💯💯💯
So limiting what's released,
It's nipped.in the.bud because people outside of the professional scope and witnesses don't know.all the.evidence anyway.
Karen Morente

@@lavernhall7535for one he keeps going on about his plan was to rape someone - he made that up. He also just said BK wrote a paper about how to get away with murder. The truth is that BK worked with two professors on a research project investigating the role of psychological traits and emotions in the decision making of criminals. This guy is getting so excited by the stuff he is making up.
You might as well have put Nancy Grace on here…he’s just repeating all the BS

Good grief, this is unwatchable. 🤦♀️
you are clueless on to what actually happened how embarrassing for you....

How many innocent people did Matt put behind bars?
Good question!! How many MATT???
Don’t be stupid. You’re already bitter.
The more one reads about this case, the less sense it makes. The "evidence" in this case is all so suspicious.
Waste of time, move on. As bad as MSM.
A typical prosecutor
-It was not ACTUAL dna. It was degraded touch dna
-It happened in Maddie’s room
-Kaylee wasn’t even supposed to be there
-His paper was a group project along with a professor
-He had no connection to these victims
-His phone pings in the PCA are useless bc of the few towers & their placement, he could ping at king rd at his home theoretically
-Sy Ray- who has only ever been a prosecutor expert & developed cell software the fbi uses places him in a completely different area at the time of the crime
-the detective admitted on stand to lying to get search warrants
-the fbi stands by 2011-2013 identification which doesn’t match his car… which has no dna in it
-they have 3 unknown male DNAs untested.
-the igg was also processed illegally
-the state has been refusing to turn over discovery for 2 yrs now
*all the rumors you mentioned have come largely from SG.

The whole investigation is shady from day one...I have the strong feeling that it's a cover-up and politics involved...

When two or more people are murdered by an individual with some time in between the deaths is the definition of a serial killer. I agree that he didnt expect to find the two girls in one bed. He didnt exspect to encounter Ethan. Sadly Ethan didnt anticipate to encounter Brian either. Naturally the girls absolutely didnt expect danger at all. They were winding down . Love Matt Murphy…gotta get that book!

I read yesterday, not sure where, and from Wiki, that Ted Bundy (after escaping from authorities in Aspen, Colorado, during his trial, bludgeoned with a firewood log, slashed, gutted, and horribly SA'd four sorority sisters in Florida.
From Wiki:
"Tallahassee detectives determined that the four attacks took place in a total of less than 15 minutes, within earshot of more than 30 witnesses who heard nothing.
Pretty hard to do as none of those rooms has a ceiling fan.
Wasnt he only a unit or two into the PHD. He is not a graduated PHD.

What do we think about vegetarian SKs?
Do you think it is interesting that BK was studying Cell phone technology? And further interesting that he enlisted the support of an expert that disputes current cell phone technology findings? He must have been planning this for some time.
Or he knows a lot about cell phone technology, so he believes his phone records will exonerate him. The expert is working for free because he believes the evidence he's seen is exculpatory for BK.
I’m not suggesting that Kohberger was framed, but for the sake of argument, wouldn’t someone like him be the perfect patsy?
@@bethnshermy No, he incorporated cell phone tech in his studies Specifically.
@@MichaelLMayes Some things I think are interesting:
1. Female neighbor he allegedly set up home surveillance for
2. Driving around the house on last day of term on the night of...and repeatedly before
3.He was intentionally vicious to the girls only in the class when he graded papers.
4. He was >once warned about his conduct as Teacher Assistant
5. He was only (?) male at front row of The Handmaid's Tale author lecture: strategic?
6. The killer planned and believed he committed the perfect murder
7. Upon arrest, saying "did you arrest anyone else?" is akin to "if that photo came from the girls on the bridge, it wasn't me" [Bridge Guy Richard Allen]
I want to hear about the neighbor he helped set up surveillance system.
I think Daddy had concerns about BK.
He isn't LE
What a load of crap 💩
I got the book, I liked and subscribed. So happy to find you.
Interesting~!
A great one, and wow, Matt is amazing. I have followed this case from day one, and lMO, Bryan is so guilty. And l hope the family gets justice soon.

@MichaelLMayes Why don't you get the getting out app, and you can write and talk to him and support him that way.

And where do you obtain all this info from? Proof?

Why was there so much blood running down the outside of the house? Was that building so shabby built that liquids could leak out of the rooms. Or did BK wash himself down out there?
On several Reddit threads I read that he slashed one of the girls, pulled out her intestines, and hung them on a ceiling fan.

This, so much blood.
I think Kolberger did some sort of questionnaire that had to do with murder on his own ( not under supervision of a professor).
IMO.
