Yep! I saw the speaker grills of your toyota have fallen down by sun bleach. I am pretty much sure that you are hearing a lot of popping and noises from the back speakers. It is a well known problem of 2002-2006 Camry. You can replace them with new ones which are about 20 dollars. I suggested that removing back seats first are much cleaner and nicer to install the new ones even though it take more times
@@ArrowThrills I don't think that the above headunit have CD players, but some brands have, but very few. If you are an android user, I highly suggest that you can change musics from your CDs to any music file forms like mp3, AAC, or even flac format by the Microsoft music player.

Does this radio have the ability to do the plug and play for the JBL radio connection? I have a BOSS radio in my camry now with the Matra-70-8113 harness and I hate it. Bad alternator sound and just dont like the radio. Any help would be appreciated!
just installed one of these in a JBL model and the connectors it came with only fit into the camry jbl amp bypass harnesses anyway. Also, Idoing support told me they had tried to ship a JBL-specific adapter to a customer but there were problems with no sound. So basically, you can keep your amp but the plugins the idoing provides will bypass it. I don't think this matters since the headunit itself has an amp already in it. Your factory speakers would be fine
I am sure u can just put a rag or something to cover it when leaving the car . Because there is no way I am sitting in a car at 100 degrees 😂. But good point. No fan in them

Are you still using this radio on the Camry ? How does the phone function work as far as mic quality for the driver and the person on the other end of the line . Thank you great video

These are good if you want to modernize an older car with new features but I don't think this would be a good unit for people who are in the car audio sound quality big time

Aliexpress sells something close to this from KJZZ-Navi. Front screen looks identical. Better specs on the hardware and includes a heatsink/fan on the rear. I just installed an 8-core Android 14 with 6gb ram/128gb store, 170 bucks. Works great. Non-JBL camry.

You can search for "Camry 5 android radio" and the KJZZ-Navi Choice Store" should be the first hit. I went with the 6gb/128gb model and I can confirm that the listed specs are correct and that everything works - GPS, AHD reverse camera, steering wheel controls. I did have to de-pin the steering wheel controls and manually solder them for connectivity, however. Not sure if it was my harness or theirs that wasn't correct, however.
Have 03 camry when cd in jbl got jammed up replaced with alpine am fm cd player. I like mysic i do not want or need bluetooth or android crap in car. Radio is for music, i.prefer to be out of touch when driving, even mute my cell phone. Driving is not time to lulti task with all that distracting bs, distractions cause more wrecks now than drunk drivers. When driving put phones and distracting shot down idiots. You are not goid enough to drive and text talk and search at same time. Is it really worth dying for?
