The death rate is ridiculously low, even amongst those who get it. It's stringer than the flu, from what we can tell, but it's no bubonic plague, and as we continue getting more positive tests, the death rate keeps falling, meaning that more people have it, or had it, than we originally thought, which means that it's far less deadly than originally thought. Goodness, think about all the people who have it, or had it, but never knew about it. That lowers the death rate even more! According to many definitions, thanks to the death rate and infection rate, we're no longer considered in a "pandemic". We were, but we no longer are. Tl;dr it is weak. The death rate, even under infection, is very low. Even Boris Johnson has already gone through it.

So for the CPR one I actually just completed my CPR training this year and if the person is unconscious then there is something called “implied consent” where you are not able to be sued for anything you did to save the person’s life as long as you actually had the training and certification to do it. However if the person is conscious then you need to get their verbal consent, and once they give that you can do what you were gonna do, but you have to thoroughly explain what you were going to do and why before the consent counts and they can take back their consent at any moment at which point you need to stop treatment and cannot be held liable for anything you did up to the point where they took back their consent as long as you were certified for all the treatments you administered

I don't know if that person didn't go to school or something. I have only 1 braincell and even I knew that America didn't invent English. If they even went to school, that person probably just skipped every history class ever.
Okay to be fair on that first one, I'd probably do that completely sober because I often miss jokes and unspoken rules so when I don't know what's going on I just laugh when others laugh and play along and hope that I'll somehow figure it out eventually lmao
I know EXACTLY what that furry felt like having that child following them. I once wore a fursuit to a carnival and had a child chasing after me for 1 hour and a half just because they wanted to hug me. this one just hurts. as someone who learned algebra at 4th grade, i gotta say this just drives my soul down to the depths of WHYYYYY
