Thank you for this inspiring recipe! I added a few tweaks to it and also incorporated some icing. Here is my take: Dry Ingredients 2 cups flour(polohruba) sifted 1/4 tsp salt 8g baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda Cinnamon Nutmeg Ground cloves Wisk together Wet Ingredients 4 eggs 1 cup brown sugar(blend orange zest into 1/4 cup white sugar then add juice from 1/2 orange) Mix(electric beaters) 3/4 cup vegetable oil Vanilla extract Mix Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients Mix(electric) til smooth Add 2-3 cups of shredded carrots Add chopped walnuts Fill muffin tins half full Tap to remove air Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes Marscapone Icing Use zest from one orange and juice from half an orange 250g marscapone 100g icing sugar Mix with electric beaters til smooth
Made them twice..second time round added choco chips n walnuts used 3 cups carrots...FABULOUS!! Just go for it one of the best recipes out there..Thank you and Subscribed🎉🎊
Why the 2-3 cups grated carrots...that is a great variation and will likely change the recipe greatly...why not list a specific amount that is balanced and works with the other amounts of ingredients?

180 degree celcius from 18 to 20 minutes. donnot forget to preheat
