Catching EVERYTHING in this Fan Made Pokemon Game

- Inspired by Sir Johnstone I decided to try my own in Pokemon Uranium and this right here is the result of a little over 50 hours. Fan made Games and Rom-Hacks are a ton of fun to play and Pokemon Uranium is honestly more fun than some of the games in the main series.

Completing the Pokedex is pretty rewarding but doing challenges like playing Pokemon without getting hit or professor Oak's challenge can be fun as well. I'll see what the next video is about, maybe a detailed guide on how to do this challenge, maybe another first impressions of another fan made pokemon game like Xenoverse Ad Astra, Pokemon Reborn or even Insurgence

"Removing the radiation" doesn't get rit of it, it just makes them obey you
I am so sorry if you grinded the dex without the ninja sidequest, the sp. Def. Ninja in the dojo after the quest + lucky egg gives you the most exp in the game, also nucleon is hopelessly broken in this game. Another thing to note, you can breed the punk brothers with duplicat, so they arent one per save, so if you could just ask for a trade for the other somewhere
Took me a little to figure out what the best xp farm spot is :D At the end I did breed the punk a couple times in hope to find someone offering the other through the trading system but couldn't find anyone :/
Despite not knowing what's going on as I've never played it this was kinda cool to watch.

By the way, for a professor oak's challenge you're supposed to completely evolve all obtained pokemon before any gym, but hey it's alright~

You can also hack in fully working Gengar. Theres also few half implemented legendaries.
If only this game could be made into a rom hack.......

Seriously, when do you not win first try on a rival? Well, I guess if you are doing a low-level challenge against Hau, the game lets you death abuse against him, when Johnstone did his Sun/Moon Professor Oak's challenge, the only Hau fight he won was the very last one. XD

Great, but there was an update that never happened in this game wich would have included 3 legendary pokemons.
Could you post the spreadsheet of all the encounters? Was wanting to 100% the game too but just want the right tools!

If you need another cool fan game to try. Pokémon Insurgence is really good imo (from the same maker as pokemon zeta/omicron which are also great).
Pokemon Rejuvenation which isn't finished I suppose, but it does release content in episodes so you have a clear ending point and can continue from there whenever a new episode comes out.
Both Insurgence and Rejuvenation have difficutly settings which make it a lot more interesting challenge-wise.
Lastly a few friends and I are currently playing Pokemon Xenoverse which is originally only in italian (per aspera ad astra), but has a fully english version now and it has some pretty cool features and is fully finished as well. (also has a bunch of new pokemon just like uranium)
I already got both as well as Xenoverse but I am not 100% which of the three I play next :D
@@Solemon Nice! I'd personally suggest insurgence, but all 3 would be fine choices.
I think the fact that rival/gym/evil team battles actually feel like boss battles in insurgence and rejuvenation is a cool think to dig into since difficulty is a thing most pokemon games struggle with. Although there are still cheesy ways to win battles most of the time. (Sturdy pokémon+revives, toxic+revives, etc.)
i would love to play this game but for some reason the game is really laggy for me

FeelsBadMan, at least the shiny chance is 1/1024 so you might find another one somewhat easily :D
