I learned a lot how to be a leader as my experience in Tech Lead. I realized I have to take more time in knowing people individually to delegate tasks correctly.

Not to be that guy but watching this felt like being an orphan and watching other kids play with their dad! . I am just starting out in my career but watching this, it would be priceless to have someone as kind and invested in me leveling up as you are with the people you work with. @iam.friesen Phil really is a gold mine, he has so much knowledge, and shares it without hesitation. He is my mentor, and from my experience, it's been the most valuable 4 months. I've learned a lot. All those little confusing questions I had were something I had been dragging around until he helped me out. Also he is indeed very genuine, and always motivating us to progress. 🔥
