please stop shutting the frunk like that ! there's a proper way to do it, different on every model, that doesn't risk to break the frunk's latch ! Great video tho ! there is a button on the center headrest to drop the armrest to activate cruise control and autopilot, you have to press on the scroll wheel also this car is made to be used without the break pedal
I love my 2023 model S. I love everything about it. 2023 build quality is getting up there with BMW Tesla still needs to work that but they’re getting there. The ultimate sports sedan. I’ve owned an M5 which I sold for the model S. I’ve owned all kinds of hi performance sedans a real blessing to experience that. The model S in the ultimate the range is crazy good. M5 performance great handling I think it’s between M550 and M5 in handling. The ultimate road trip sedan a real treat to drive every time I get behind the wheel. One thing I don’t understand is why everyone is flipping out over the yoke. My car came with the standard wheel I drove one with the yoke. To me the yoke is better for performance driving canyons, especially road trips and you can see the whole display it’s looks bigger with the yoke. Tesla switched the steering wheel for me for free. That was very cool of them. The steering ratio could be better but I’m sure Tesla will fix that with an update. Thanks
So let’s be clear, Tesla has imagine the future when no one will be driving their cars. No need for steering wheels or pedals. Drivers are not required either. Only passengers. The future is electric, and it is autonomous. Hence the robot Optimus. Everybody in the future will have a Tesla inside their car, no matter who manufactures it, making Tesla the largest and most valuable company on the planet, and if Tesla isn’t making it, then it will not exist. Capeesh! Cheers 🥂
The care is incredible, but the ergonomics are a different story. The elimination of signal and shift stalks...a learning curve at best. Most critical is the tiny horn button. You better keep it's location in mind every time you drive. In an emergency, you go by instinct, and my instinct would be to put my hand on the middle of the steering wheel. I don't think I could remember the tiny horn button in the fraction of a second between my seeing an emergency and an actual impact.
Dude must not know much about the model S at all. missed the rear arm rest, didnt know how to work it. Didnt know how to work the autopilot. how are u hosting and learning at the same time…lol, super amateur video…but hey have fun man.
They add a gauge cluster which is great but get rid of the shifter and stalks. I swear idiots design these vehicles. No we want the gauge cluster in addition to.
Thank you for the video, and the ride along, and what I will say to you, and anyone watching this video, is do not, and I repeat do not do what this driver is doing. You need to have your hands on the steering wheel, and watching the road at all times. When you pick up your Tesla, make sure that you understand all the functions before you start to drive it, because the last thing you need to be doing while driving is talking to someone or trying to figure out where the controls are, and complaining about not having stalks for your turn signals, and all that kind of stuff is of no value, and will not be helpful in explaining why you crashed into another vehicle or running over a pedestrian crossing in front of your car in a properly marked crosswalk. So, remember, distracted driving is every bit as dangerous as driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, prescription or otherwise, and the last thing you want to have happened, is you ending up in a crash, because you were distracted or you ran over a pedestrian crossing in front of your car while you weren’t paying attention, resulting in you ending up in a hospital or possibly the morgue or in front of a judge, trying to explain why you weren’t paying attention. Capeesh! Cheers 🥂
1:58 yes there is a center armrest.
3:12 PRND lights by phone charger is for backup if the screen isn't working.
If this wasn’t so freaking expensive, I would definitely buy the Model S.
What would be an acceptable price?
BMW Driver: man, this turn signal stick is hard to get used to 😂.
😂
Getting rid of the stalks was a dumb, dumb idea
Agreed.
Disagree. You’ll get used to it once you do you won’t go back
@@Veterans-e2cagreed. There are upsides to it…like it on my 2022 MSLR.
You get used to it after like, 2 days
Wtf is a stalk
Rear Center armrest is a hidden button behind the middle headrest.
There is a centre armrest in the back. You missed it
I came here to say this…

Tesla NACS charging IS the standard btw, that's why everyone is going to use it
Is this the plaid model or the long range?
long range
@@DenverBMW thanks for confirming! This confirms that I don’t need to get the Plaid as this is fast enough.
id buy if it had stalks and signal stick
Dude is a menace on the road 😂 I wonder if he knows that the middle back seat does fold down into an arm rest with wireless phone chargers.
Let the man do the review smh
😂
