If you make Revan a light side female, Carth says something like "If you ever find Revan, tell her that Carth Onasi is waiting for her still." I always found that kind of sweet.
I saw this scene during the game because I chose LSM for Revan. it just seemed to be the most fitting ending for KOTOR 1. Anyway, Ilove this part, and am glad you posted it on youtube, thanks.
The first conversation you have with Atton on Peragus will determine Revan's alignment and Gender. Pay attention to the dialog choices, and you get this scene if you set Revan on the light-side.
If you had paid attention to the dialogue options and knew what they meant, you would have already figured it out. Here are the two dialogue choices to make Revan light or dark: Dark Side: "The rumors I heard said Revan defeated Malak, then went to Korriban to unite the Sith against the Republic." Light Side: "I was led to believe that Revan saved the Jedi - and the Republic."
Revan was at Malachor V when he/she first became the Dark Lord. Revan went way into the outrims to fight the true Sith. There's a lot more to it if you just pay attention when playing TSL.
Set Revan to the light side of the Force and you will know where Carth was when Nihilus attacked! In fact, watch TehPrincessJ's video about Carth being in KOTOR II. That will give you a hint.
Actually this Sith race are survivors of Naga Sadow's empire. It was revealed by Chris Avellone, who was involved in making KOTOR II. This was revealed now because of the upcoming MMO game.
During the beginning of the game when you first find Atton in the force cage. Discussions about Revan come up and you choose if Revan was on the light or dark side and if Revan was a woman or a man.
If you had looked up more information about the MMO game at LucasArts, you would have realized that the MMO game is set 300 years after the events of the Star Forge and Revan's duel with Malak.
I hate to sound this way, but... This is the only scene where you see Carth and Bastila together in this game. Everything else you see in the game is based on how you set Revan and Revan ONLY! It doesn't matter what the Exile was just like I said in the annotations. Why people actually wonder that about what the Exile was still puzzles me. It's almost like people are inventing new questions ever since I put in annotations.
@MrAnderson8002: You really need to work on your reading skills because I never once said that the Exile was Revan. The only thing I've said was both Revan and the Exile were human beings. I don't know how you can confuse that statement into thinking I was claiming they're the same person.
Now I've heard that if you play the Jedi Knight class in "Star Wars: The Old Republic" it explains what happens to Revan. I have yet to do that, but that's just what I've heard.
@9clegalm5: I wouldn't call it sneaky. I call it "lack of reading" the dialogue options. From what I've learn, most people skip it when they don't think it's important and often times skip important dialogue because of it.
Are you really still confused? If you couldn't figure out what to do with my last post, I really don't know what else to say. Maybe a strategy guide might help, but it may not if you're still confused about the Revan light and dark issues.
It's curious, that Kreia didn't feel the presence of Bastila. And all others couldn't feel it either... Was she hiding? Atris just like all others seemed to be pretty sure that they were the only Jedi in the Galaxy.
In your case you look for Atton describing Revan as a girl. You have the option to correct him or agree with him. Whatever you say is what Revan is. This is when paying attention to the audio dialogue and your dialogue choices is VERY important.
i remmber when this game came out and i beat the game and i saw bastilla at that cut scene i was like SHE STILL LOVES HIM! i dont no but i love how its so amazing that he cut them off from him and left them. Wasnt that he left with 3 republic crusiers and set sail to the outerrim and cut all comminucations or somthing? jedisheml if you can chat wit me thatd be great and one more thing why does it seem like the exiles story is like a shadow in kotor :( its been so long since ive talked about this
LOL You can look at all the comments at once you know. It's also easy to see what I've seen since whatever I say in my video's comments is highlighted in yellow.
@JediShemL Strange , i knew that Atton was asking about Raven , but i thought that these questions hawe been about which gameplay of Raven it has to follow . So just to make sure , there is nothing that goes from Kotor 1 to Kotor 2 automatically?
@kholt1776: I hear what you're saying and this is what's happening. Setting Revan to a girl is bugged. Sometimes Revan is referred to a guy when it is set to be a girl. That means you said that Revan was a girl if Carth is referring to Revan as a she. At the beginning of the game, you tell Atton if Revan was light side or dark side and if Revan was a girl or a boy.
Wow.... Shem that's awsome. I can't wait for KOTOR 3. Or at least it boosts my hope for #3. And even though I've beaten the game 4 times i still haven't met Carth. Guess I'll just have to start #5.
@loganstarr96: Well think about it. Why is Carth asking to see the Exile? He wants to know about Revan. If Revan is on the dark side, why would Carth make an inquiry about Revan? Besides, Obsidian made it that if Revan is on the dark side, you get Admiral Cede instead of Carth. So a chance to meet the Exile isn't going to happen assuming Carth is still around.
no it is the sith empire formed by either naga sadow or marka ragnos (i think)... im pretty sure it was Naga Sadow... its is the same sith empire that returns in Star Wars The Old Republic... the sith species died long ago
Doesn't the MMO that Bioware is working on sort of count as KoTOR III? Back in the hands of the ones that made the first KoTOR, thankfully, and they said there will be some fun things for KoTOR fans if they look for them.
@FascistWarrior117: You would have known these things if you had simply payed attention to the dialogue instead of skipping through it because you thought it was meaningless.
Ask yourself this? If Revan was united the Sith against the Republic, what does that make Revan? Light or dark? Now if Revan saves the Republic, what does that make Revan now? Light or dark? That is when using your logic comes in handy. And no, it doesn't matter if Revan is male or female. I have videos showing both scenarios.
thats what they said but there are remnants in uncharted places outside the galaxy my guess is that KotorIII will have you find out what Reaven is trying to do
I was soooo pissed off when I found out that my girl Revan ditched Carth. I was like "WTF? HELL NO!" God, I hate the endings to these games sometimes..
You need to understand that most questions come because people aren't paying attention in game play, not paying attention when I answer the question the first time, and not even bothering with reading my summary. Excuse me while I have a problem with people who don't pay attention and spam questions that they could easily get the answer to if they just paid attention.
Now, now - think things through before you ask. Ask yourself this? Why would the Exile go back to Telos to talk to Carth after defeating Kreia when it would be more convenient to talk to Carth after Nihilus' defeat given the fact that you're already there and that Carth is talking about how "you" (the Exile) just saved Telos.
Hmm... The first time I played this game, I thought that discussion with Atton was almost entirely pointless. I never knew it could actually alter history. :P
@pwnzorinyourface: Actually you can kill Bastila and the only way to do it is on the light side way. Well, that's not entirely true if you download restored content. There you can kill dark side Bastila if you're female and if you have Carth fall in love with you and then turn your back to the dark side. Anyway, Obsidian did compensate a bit with assumption. If you choose light side female Revan, Bastila was killed in K1. If you choose light side male Revan, Bastila was redeemed.
hmmm i think he might..... i hope you get to play as him again.... maybe find out what reven set out to do as well as how you got the ebon hawk..... i have to say this is a great story line in these games! better then the movies i think.
@mcbeast1011: That's not true. It's whatever you told Atton on Peragus is what side of the Force Revan was and if Revan was a man or woman. Most people overlook that because they skip through dialogue and the first dialogue choice is tells the game that Revan was dark which means no Carth and thus how most people never knew Carth (or Bastila) was in the game.
At the conclusion of the Jedi Civil War in KOTOR, Revan disappeared into unknown space in search of a great threat to the Republic, an expanding Sith Empire led by a mysterious Emperor who planned vengeance for his ancient Jedi enemies. Revan never returned from unknown space, but the Sith Empire did, kicking off a war with the Republic that lasted for decades. Revan is probably dead :P
ok but im saying revan may of fonud the sith species in the unkown space or a enw race that has corrupted him a 2nd/3rd (depending on what u choose him to be darkside or light in KoToR 1) and leading him to rule or he dies like darth malak a weird way
i hate how much this game leaves unanswerd. almost wish it was never made just to have closure. at the end of the first you have closure with revan either saving the galaxy or ruling the galaxy. in this you get no information about where revan went or what he was doing and the ending is the ebon hawk flying away into space leaving damn near everything up in the air.
@MrMatto91: Yeah, and Atton refers to Revan as a she, and you can either agree with him, or correct him. It has amazed me how often people have over looked that part and then wonder how you set Revan as a male or female.
The PC is better because you can mod the game. Robes, saber hilts, and other physical things can be added to enhance your gameplay along with modifying weapon and item contents to increase their stats. However this scene is in the Xbox version if that is your biggest concern. You just have to understand how the game works to get it and I've already explained how a million times.
@aftershock742 Honestly i think that the star wars the old republic mmo that is coming out might be the sequel. Seeing how a mysterious sith threat comes from the outer rim and is waging war on the republic. Possibly Revan and the Exile where killed? All just theory tho so i could be wrong.
@sticky133400 Actually, Drew Karpshyn wrote a book not too long ago about the back story of Revan and The Exile (who is actually a chick). It's called "The Old Republic: Revan"
@ModernGamer101: If you played both games, how can you be confused. Wouldn't people thought the Exile is Revan, wouldn't they be acknowledging you as Revan? Especially Carth in this scene? I mean wouldn't Carth know what Revan looked like? Then you have to ask yourself why others who knew Revan in the game didn't call you as such. Then you also have to consider they didn't give you the exact same head selection when creating a new character. ;)
@JediShemL i understand that but the game never happend, if it wouldve came out i probly wouldnt have a problem. and i dont hate the game i love it i played through idk how many times, but i hate not knowing wtf is going on
Try paying attention to your dialogue choices instead of just skipping through them because you're being impatient. The key here is to read what you say to Atton when you're both talking about Revan and Malak on Peragus.
@flcl7471: It's not like Mass Effect. What you say happened in K1 in your conversation with Atton on Peragus tells the game what happened. If you make Revan a light side female, Carth says something like "If you ever find Revan, tell her that Carth Onasi is waiting for her still."
I always found that kind of sweet.
@JediShemL yeah it's just too bad that the story of Revan and the Exile has to end in a shitty novel
Blame Lucasarts for rushing the game. Obsidian never got to finish the game, leaving the dozens of plot-holes that are in the game now.
Well, in the opening scroll of KOTOR 1, it said it took place 4,000 years before Star Wars:Episode 1
I saw this scene during the game because I chose LSM for Revan. it just seemed to be the most fitting ending for KOTOR 1.
Anyway, Ilove this part, and am glad you posted it on youtube, thanks.
Aww... I want to play with Revan again! Hopefully they complete the KotOR 3 and hopefully Revan is the main character again.
The first conversation you have with Atton on Peragus will determine Revan's alignment and Gender. Pay attention to the dialog choices, and you get this scene if you set Revan on the light-side.

In fact, watch TehPrincessJ's video about Carth being in KOTOR II. That will give you a hint.
wow thats sad :( revan gone. wow. i will never look at kotor again until i SEE HIS RETURN!!!!!!!!
Actually this Sith race are survivors of Naga Sadow's empire. It was revealed by Chris Avellone, who was involved in making KOTOR II. This was revealed now because of the upcoming MMO game.
LOL NO WONDER I CANT GET THE CUTSCEEN
During the beginning of the game when you first find Atton in the force cage. Discussions about Revan come up and you choose if Revan was on the light or dark side and if Revan was a woman or a man.
Oh sorry i just looked at your summaroy of a differant video to see how to do it. thanks for the vid :)

What an awesome reference
Are you really still confused? If you couldn't figure out what to do with my last post, I really don't know what else to say. Maybe a strategy guide might help, but it may not if you're still confused about the Revan light and dark issues.
the exile is a jedi that defied the council and went with reven and malak to fight the mandalorians.
Well, listen to Carth's dialogue. What is he talking about when he thanks the Exile?
*Hint* finish your game.
@sticky133400: What you don't understand is that this game was suppose to have a sequel called KOTOR III that was cancelled.
That's because it was never released publicly.
@DubinatorDub
The only way Revan will appear is in a hologram or as a force ghost
It's curious, that Kreia didn't feel the presence of Bastila. And all others couldn't feel it either... Was she hiding?
Atris just like all others seemed to be pretty sure that they were the only Jedi in the Galaxy.
Wow, Bastila looks ridiculous in these Jedi robes!

you don't but revan does, pay close attention to all the convo choices in the beginning when talking to atton in his prison cell
If you had read the comments, you would have known this was a real scene.
LOL
You can look at all the comments at once you know. It's also easy to see what I've seen since whatever I say in my video's comments is highlighted in yellow.
Yeah, my copy's pretty buggy. Every time I have this scene, he just keeps looking out the window.
@JediShemL

sort of... depending of what revan was, after having spoken to carth bastila comes and asl of theres any news
Anyone else noticed that the New Endar Spire looks more like a city
@loganstarr96: Well think about it. Why is Carth asking to see the Exile? He wants to know about Revan. If Revan is on the dark side, why would Carth make an inquiry about Revan?
Besides, Obsidian made it that if Revan is on the dark side, you get Admiral Cede instead of Carth. So a chance to meet the Exile isn't going to happen assuming Carth is still around.
@SILLONOH: I know that its just that in my game Bastilla wears his clothes from Kotor 1 not the Jedi Robes in Kotor 2
i do... sort of... its not exactly kotor 3 but its Str Wars the old Republic (swtor) and its an mmo which takes place 300 years after kotor 2
it would be good if in kotor 3 you come back as revan and continued his story
You and tehprincessj are the 2 coolest kotor players on youtube
What doesnt make sense is why bastila never fricken realized the jedi were dying and that sith lords were attacking!
no it is the sith empire formed by either naga sadow or marka ragnos (i think)... im pretty sure it was Naga Sadow... its is the same sith empire that returns in Star Wars The Old Republic... the sith species died long ago
If I had to guess, it wouldn't be Revan again. It would be a whole new Jedi.
Doesn't the MMO that Bioware is working on sort of count as KoTOR III? Back in the hands of the ones that made the first KoTOR, thankfully, and they said there will be some fun things for KoTOR fans if they look for them.

i still have my hopes of him being the misterious sith on the cinematic trailer
I was soooo pissed off when I found out that my girl Revan ditched Carth. I was like "WTF? HELL NO!" God, I hate the endings to these games sometimes..

yeah i know....but then again...i cant make clear vids for games.
Nor will i make such...
I've only made 1 FAQ for Oblivion TES4
Now, now - think things through before you ask.

Did you ever think to read my summary?
thnx, just another beauty of the game i suppose : )
@DubinatorDub: If human beings can live for over 300 years, you maybe right.
Thank you!!!
@pwnzorinyourface: Actually you can kill Bastila and the only way to do it is on the light side way.

in face to face combat maybe but i can't help but wonder who is the better schemer palpatine or revan?
this is right after you save telos from the sith lord with the white mask
@LaJ126:
I guarantee that won't be the case. Just remember that I told you so in the back of your mind when you learn otherwise.
I wonder if they did make KOTOR 3 how would it be to have Revan and the Exile in the same game
Lol it justs bleebs out the first game just like that. hahahahaha
To talk to Carth work with the herd of Itorians.
hmmm i think he might..... i hope you get to play as him again.... maybe find out what reven set out to do as well as how you got the ebon hawk..... i have to say this is a great story line in these games! better then the movies i think.
Your comments are fine Solus! :D
type it in google you dont have to play the game 13 times
The only involvement in KOTOR like many other branches of Star Wars is that he's aware of it. That's it.
Lucas never said anything like that as he isn't involved in the KOTOR series.
@mcbeast1011: That's not true. It's whatever you told Atton on Peragus is what side of the Force Revan was and if Revan was a man or woman. can it be that revan went to MAlacore V to stop Traya Sion and Nihilus??? but he failed??
Bcuz revan was at malacore V
@JediShemL i understand that but the game never happend, if it wouldve came out i probly wouldnt have a problem. and i dont hate the game i love it i played through idk how many times, but i hate not knowing wtf is going on
You can redeem Bastila. I have a video showing that.
KotOR III's only gonna be fan interpretations. I got a bad feeling that it just isn't gonna happen as a game.
How did you get Bastila to wear Kotor 2's version of Jedi Robes? Was it a mod?
All the various bits of Revan mentionings just make me more confused as to why the hell there's no KotOR 3
Try paying attention to your dialogue choices instead of just skipping through them because you're being impatient. The key here is to read what you say to Atton when you're both talking about Revan and Malak on Peragus.
@IanROX22: It's more like I'm amused by what he said and I just put him in his place. His original username before I blocked him was ca91101.
@flcl7471: It's not like Mass Effect. What you say happened in K1 in your conversation with Atton on Peragus tells the game what happened. That's when paying attention to your dialogue choices helps because you made those choices from the beginning.
Yep, skipping through dialogue came back and bit you in the ass.
Revan it's my favourite character in the KOTOR. Maybe in the Kotor 3 - we find him...
@TheMEGANeloangelo: It was a personal mod.
