@@davab. No, unfortunately not. I am not aware of any producer making such a case. Went with Spigen Tough armor. Lips on the sides where the edges are are way too low. And no magnet... Also, I was running spigen tough armour on my previous phone. The phone fell a couple of times and after a year i removed the case to realise that the backside was totally shattered. I have bought this case again because there is really no alternative with a kickstand thay doesnt look like you have a spaceship in your hands.
I went with the Ringke. It's the only one that provides scratch protection for most of the metal camera bump. Fits snug, I like the protective film that covers the inside of the back when you unbox it. The lip edge on the side could be 1-2mm higher for more side protection.
I got the Bellroy leather case for my Pixel 7 Pro and it's petty nice, it's smooth leather with no grain, so it doesn't necessarily feel luxurious, but it gets the job done. I personally like cases that don't come up too much on the sides because the screen is curved and the edge side swipe gestures are important for navigating Android.
Thanks for the vid! I have returned a few cases so for because I wanted a larger lip and better screen protection on the sides, but also a good grip. Based on your vid I went with the Hualele Slim Hybrid Case.

I might not feel as comfortable laying it down on the glass as I would say an OtterBox, but this is the next best thing if you don't want to carry something so bulky.

I’m looking for a USB-C splitter for my Pixel 7 Pro that cann connect to its USB-C port. The splitter should have two female USB-C ports: one for connecting USB-C Apple EarPods to make phone calls, and the other for charging the phone and supporting data transfer. This data transfer should enable USB debugging mode, allowing me to use the mirroring application, scrcpy. I’ve noticed that most products on Amazon only support data transfer on the port that supports audio, but not on the charging port. Cann you recommendd a product that meets these requirements?
Spigen thin fit in the Spigen liquid air. Typically my go-to's. I know the speed and thin doesn't offer a lot of protection, but I have also been really lucky that combined with a white stone dome I went on a jog, pulled out my phone to change the song and dropped it. Watched it bounce corner to corner to corner until it landed. There was a nasty blemish in the case and the white stone did snap but the phone was fine. The thin does exactly what I need it to do. Unfortunately with the pro I've had awful experiences with the white stone dome so I feel like I'm raw dogging a little
I just switched over to Pixel 7 Pro from iPhone 14 Pro. Unlike the iPhone this phone is super slippery and I dinged my brand new phone on Day 1. No more drops. Have ordered a Caseology Nano Pop.

@@jesse1794 Yea, i only buy cases that cover the camera because i have seen pics already with many scratches on the metal :( You can find great cases like that for very cheap on aliexpress or amazon if you like to pay a bit more but get it faster. I also buy the Rugged Shield cases for most my phones and i also got it for my pixel 6 and now waiting for the pixel 7 pro case :) its like 4 bucks.
I tried 3 cases for the 6a by Caseology. Great and frustrating in equal measure. I loved the grip/feel/look (generally) of the Athlex/Parallax cases, but wish that the side grips were "flush" with the case, like they are on the Nano Pop. Sadly, the Pop is a total fingerprint magnet! This resulted in my having to look elsewhere!

How can a best cases video leave out the Supcase Unicorn Beetle Pro? Great protection. Comes with a screen protector that works great with the fingerprint sensor. Has a charging port cover. Built in kickstand. Comes with a very sturdy, rotatable, belt clip. The side edges comes above the screen. The buttons are still very clickable. Protects the camera. And it works well with all of my wireless chargers. It's under 25 dollars too on Amazon. Had these cases on iPhones and LG phones, and IMHO I believe they protect better than OtterBox Defender and LifeProof.

I have the Tudia Merge case and I can confirm that my double-tap in the back takes screenshots successfully. BTW, I chose the option for double-tap to take screenshots.
I have OtterBox symmetry case on mine. Probably going to take it back . Can still see some of the silver frame. When I have in back pocket and try to take out of pocket case almost comes off
Okay guys get a case with raised sides. My P7P screen cracked even with a glass screen protector because the case i had didn't have really raised edges on the side.

Its been a week and i'm wondering if i should send back to google for another unit. Its gone through all the updates etc and finding it weird for it to be this warm under general use. Its noticably warm even through a case. If i take the case off and do the back of the hand test, its alarming in which i would almost say its hot.
@@RBNMAN mine gets warm off and on first day i got it. You should only send it back if it's really causing an issue day to day use and or if it's hot very hot to touch so much is bothersome. Hadn't been bothersome for me yet
The comments on the cases seem inconsistent. You comment on the weight of some cases as being light or a little bit heavy and yet you say nothing about the one case that is 600gms heavier than all the others. It seems like all the cases are good according to this video, even that 850gm brick gets positive comments. You did mention the case that is your favourite but seem to actively avoid saying anything notably negative about the cases. Maybe saying that something isn't your style but is good quality, is the most negative comment I can recall.
What surprised me is that most cases do not have the cutout for the 5G Antenna (specifically for (mmWave) frequency). I'm on T-mobile, which the Pixel 7 Pro utilizes this frequency for this provider, so I opted for the Tudia Merge which has that cutout.
On the one hand I don't use mm wave 5g so it doesn't really matter to me, on the other hand, it would not be complicated or burdensome to add the extra cutout for this, so really they should add it, imo.
@@greganson3627 to be honest, I'm not even sure. I read a comment somewhere that it may impact reception if you are in a dense populus area like downtown NYC. I just didn't want to risk that and plus, I like the thin design and protection that Tudia Merge provides.
Somewhat disappointed when I got my Nano Pop Case. My pixel 3s Ringke Onyx case was super grippy and showed no fingerprints. The back of the nano pop feels slippery and the smooth finish showed greasy finger marks instantly - and my hands were clean. I can't fault the case for how protective it feels - but you have to be gripping the sides to make sure it is secure.
i tried to hold the P7Pro without Case, its too big for my Hands and the Surface is so smooth. Fingerprint Sensor isnt working well and face id also, but when Google fixes these Problems, Pixel will get an iPhone Killer. But those Operating Systems with Tons of Bloatware. I really hate the actual Market for Smartphones.

The best brands that manufactured cases this time for the Pixel 7 Pro are: Google, Zagg, Tech21 and Otterbox. I do not include Spigen, because they aren't environmental Friendly. Can't be recycled 🤦
"Clicky" isn't a word. Describing how "Clicky" each case is would be 100% open to interpretation. Does that mean the buttons of the CASE make a "click" sound, irrespective of the phone's buttons? Does it mean the force required to push the case buttons is firm or difficult? "Clickiness" makes the video difficult to watch, which is in contrast to how well you do with the rest of the video.
iPads are generally much more optimized and supported than android tablets currently, so probably the iPad. My Samsung tablet only got feature updates for about two years, where most Apple iPads will continue to get updated and will last you a while.

I got 2 cases for my P6, Google's and Spigen hybrid case. The tap shortcut works with both of them... And can adjust the sensitivity of the taps. ^^

these are the best cases i've tested so far, if i get one that is bad, i don't even bother reviewing it

I know what you mean, I had the nano pop on my iPhone 13 and it was super grippy, more than Spigen thin fit, but other way around for pixel 7 (7 pro).
