I've got the book, and believe the concept is one of the most important ideas on meditation approaches out there. it is simple to conceptualize and implement yet challenging to master overall. in a moment, a minute, or a single breath, we can change our outlook and change our lives. Mr Boronson, thank you. the little guy embodies what we all need.
