How to Make Easter Chick Cupcakes

- Want to learn how to make these EASY Easter chick cupcakes?? They’re super-fun to make but if you aren't into a bit of fondant work just plop a few mini chocolate eggs into the nest instead! The cupcakes themselves are moist vanilla with a hit of lemon and they’re so good you might just want to make a batch and do whatever cupcake decorating tickles your fancy.

I got the idea for this cupcake on Pinterest. The caption was something like “super-cute, does anyone know how to make these?” Well, I am up for the challenge! I got my ping tips and a little fondant out and went to work. Luckily I just happen to have the big and small grass piping tips that make these homemade cupcakes a snap! What do you think?

I love your videos, but can I give you a tip? When sifting dry ingredients put a flat surface cup or glass into the shifter to push the ingredients through. It’s far less messy & quicker. You can also use a whisk 😃
