I'd say washing with it once every to weeks or maybe even once per week would be good for maintaining color but ask your stylist what they would recommend during your next color to make sure that's healthy for your personal hair type!
On lable, says a person needs shine wash, blondiconditioner, about $90-$120 every month or 2, its a joke. Im white hair, didn't do anything for me in one month. Sorry
