Welcome back to the Foxhole.🦊🤘🍫 They just want some chocolate but during latest Europe Tour they got nothing but plush toys thrown at them when performing on the stage.🐨🦊 Keep enjoying more BM songs.
It was due to this track going viral that got them on the main stage at Sonisphere in 2014, instead of a side stage. It was because of the buzz they had created everyone wanted to see them. They played four songs and by the end of the set the crowd called for more. The next track you should watch should be that set's closing track, 'Ijame, Damme, Zettai. One of my favourite tracks and performances of theirs hands down without a doubt. Rock on dude.🤘

However, this is _THE_ video that went viral for Babymetal and directly led to significantly increased international exposure. Which resulted in major milestones such as performing main stage in Sonisphere UK in 2014. A logical follow up would be Iijime, Dame, Zettai live at Sonisphere in 2014, since this video single handedly boosted them from a small stage to the main stage of Sonisphere festival, because of how much it blew up right before the beginning of the festival.
The Sonisphere 2014 is interesting as it is their break through in the west. Its a decent video also. But ... the live sessions in huge Japanese arenas are so much better.

Gimme Choko is Babymetal's most famous, or infamous, depending on who you ask. It is the song that went viral in 2014 and really brought them to the attention of the metal world. This video was filmed at the Legend 1997 concert in December 2013. Many members of The One will say that this song isn't among BABYMETAL's best - I beg to differ. There are 2 songs that you must watch after this to make your hype solid and once you’re absolutely in love with this band you’ll love with no doubt the rest of their songs, specially as they were growing up and getting mature in their personalities and their songs, you’ll absolutely love them 🤘 Those songs are headbanger the live version from that’s same concert(you can find it with the name babymetal headbanger legend of 1997, which is the year the lead singer Su-metal was born) you can find that video on their channel but there’s other channel that has the same video but with a better qualiti(yes a fan channel has a better quality of that video than the official channel 😮 this is the link of that video with the maximum quality ua-cam.com/video/QEsOaMbNFww/v-deo.htmlsi=8bMtQ2cenW20I_oy And the other song you must watch is “baby metal death”(that’s the name of that song and it’s from the exact same concert, in fact it’s the closing song of the show.
Likes and comments really don't help that much for the visibility of the video. The most important thing is to watch another video after watching yours. It doeesn't matter which, it doesn't even have to be one of your videos.
yes absolutely! watching more is the ultimate thank you, but comments and likes are good eye metrics for sponsors and collaborations and just awesome to have people active and chatting
Funny thing about this video, that wasn't the Kami band backing the girls on stage(BabyBones) but the Kami band was at this concert and did perform with BabyMetal So, even though this is the most popular video for BabyMetal, you should watch a live performance with the Kami band
Great reaction, thanks! Yes, this is a very aggressive way to ask for chocolate, haha... "Gimme Chocolate" is "just" a fun song about the girls wanting to eat chocolate but being a little worried worried about their weight. But, yeah those instrumentals are very, very metal and the juxtaposition with the cute vocals, lyrics and choreo was totally the point of the song and the reason why this music video went viral back in 2014. Helping them a lot tbh. It's their most "popular" song but probably not their best one (and we don't usually suggest it due to the extreme polarization it produces). But that doesn't stop it from being a blast when they play it live (and they play it... a lot!). 😁 There are two other songs that share this extreme juxtaposition: "Catch me if you can" (please don't watch a compilation video for this one, there is a perfect live version from the Budokan Black Night show). And "Sis. Anger" (you will probably need a compilation). They are arguably their two heaviest songs (instrumentally). 🤘🦊
@@HeadbangersGuild love babymetal but "papaya" is basically the only song I listen to not live (u should react to that) u said u did SOAD... surely u did "JINJER" (not a fan of any genre)
I tried to write a comment with more explanations - it keeps disappearing. I will just say as you guessed, yes there are far better live versions, but that wasn't the point and you wanted to see why this video has 195 million views.
Nice reaction to a casual birthday celebration. Su was 16 (it was her birthday show) and Yui and Moa were 14 back then (2013). Still a great song even after 11 years 🤘🦊🔥

Kitsune Up 🦊🦊🦊🤘🤘🤘🇯🇵🇸🇬#notacult.
There are 2 songs that you must watch after this to make your hype solid and once you’re absolutely in love with this band you’ll love with no doubt the rest of their songs, specially as they were growing up and getting mature in their personalities and their songs, you’ll absolutely love them 🤘
Those songs are headbanger the live version from that’s same concert(you can find it with the name babymetal headbanger legend of 1997, which is the year the lead singer Su-metal was born) you can find that video on their channel but there’s other channel that has the same video but with a better qualiti(yes a fan channel has a better quality of that video than the official channel 😮 this is the link of that video with the maximum quality ua-cam.com/video/QEsOaMbNFww/v-deo.htmlsi=8bMtQ2cenW20I_oy
And the other song you must watch is “baby metal death”(that’s the name of that song and it’s from the exact same concert, in fact it’s the closing song of the show.
In before the first explanation of who "Babybones" are vs. the Eastern/Western Kami band 😁😁
But that doesn't stop it from being a blast when they play it live (and they play it... a lot!). 😁
There are two other songs that share this extreme juxtaposition: "Catch me if you can" (please don't watch a compilation video for this one, there is a perfect live version from the Budokan Black Night show). And "Sis. Anger" (you will probably need a compilation). They are arguably their two heaviest songs (instrumentally).
🤘🦊
Thanks for your reaction ☺️
Please continue your journey down the fox hole, it's absolutely worth it 🤘🦊🙂
Take care ✌️
Su was 16-17 years old here. Yui and Moa were 14-15 y.o.

The not so Extensive Guide to BABYMETAL (April 1st 2024)
Would love ❤ to see u react to "system of a down" (just to see u come back up in my algorith)
well I already love SOAD so not sure I'd find anything to react to :D
@@HeadbangersGuild love babymetal but "papaya" is basically the only song I listen to not live (u should react to that) u said u did SOAD... surely u did "JINJER" (not a fan of any genre)
I tried to write a comment with more explanations - it keeps disappearing. I will just say as you guessed, yes there are far better live versions, but that wasn't the point and you wanted to see why this video has 195 million views.
Can you checkout BM Momobanger 🙏
Nice reaction to a casual birthday celebration. Su was 16 (it was her birthday show) and Yui and Moa were 14 back then (2013). Still a great song even after 11 years 🤘🦊🔥
