    Have you looked in to tumblers in gymnastics? The (barefoot) explosive jumping must be pretty good for the feet.

    So 8 years of playing barefoot is not enough to become fascia driven?

    Ive been doing the basic 3 HFT for 2-3 months but I still dont feel my glutes and whenever I roll out my fascial adhesions I dont have any. What could be the problem?

      I don’t know without assessment. Everyone has different fascia connection.
