    Is Affinity as good as photoshop at this effect?

      Nah, PS is still better for filter like effects

    Can I make a pencil sketch - from a photo - but in colour? for example, how can I make her body green/blue/pink, say her hair rec etc in other word a coloured drawing. Is that possible? how do you do that?

    I am new to it. I do not have Adjustment button, so I am stacked

      if you are in affinity photo one Go To View at the top, then studio, then adjustment (2nd down) Once open and adjustments ae made you can drag that adjustment tool (window) to sit next to layers like this author has.

    Very interesting, but too long and rather complicate; the initial 3' minutes were more than enough.
