I have the same refrigerator. To secure it, I put a piece of 3/4" plywood under it. Cut it a little wider than the refrigerator. Screwed some eyelet bolts on the sides to attach a ratchet strap around the top
@@ClutchTrucker - my truck came with two replaceable ratchet straps built in to secure the refrigerator. As such, the truck never came with them uselessly tiny fridge.
Agreed on the Wyoming vehicle tax thing - in our first few years here we got a break being military and residents of another state, but then we retired and became Wyoming citizens and had to get out the checkbook. And the VIN check - go downtown, go into the jail, fill out a form and wait for someone to come get you, go outside and they say, "Yup - you're right - that's the VIN." Beam me up!!! Truck looks great - love that yellow against the maroon.
Congrats on CT2 .. Rush is my favorite as well rock on ! Enjoy your new road home .. good choice on fridge/ freezer sure they have L brackets you can install to floor and wall to keep her stable .. also have want they refer to as earthquake straps .. being from California easy to install they may work .. Maybe Rusty can run CT 1 locally in Cheyenne 😂 ..
So excited for you and your new wheels!!! Looks very nice and lots of room. Amazing the fridge/freeze seems to be made for that spot. Enjoy every thing about your truck Mr Clutch and Rusty. Stay safe!! Looking forward to our first ride...
Now that we have moved from Idaho we had to change license plates. Colorado also makes you get the Vin verified by either a policeman, a smog check station or a car dealership. Nitwit at the dealership we went to forgot to put the color of the car on the form which meant we had to make a second trip to the dealership because DMV wouldn't let us add the color. New fridge and freezer look good!
Like the layout in the new truck. Hope your getting an apu on the truck with the fridge pulling power. GA is funny. I didn't have to pay the tax for my Pete in the Atlanta area but they made my brother pay over 12k for his in south GA.
We drive a 2024 Cascadia and enjoy it daily compared to the Volvo although we admittedly miss the space lol. Hopefully you will enjoy the new fuel economy boost as well. We average about 7.5 miles per gallon running from Atlanta to Washington State weekly. Not too shabby pacing at 75 mph through the mountains.
I brought a car in Fremont Nebraska had to pay sale taxes there and then to registrar it in Lincoln Ne. had to pay the difference. Same thing happened when buying a car from York Ne. and registered it in Lincoln ne. had to pay the difference again. Take Care and Be safe traveling.
It's a out of state title. They have to verify the VIN number is correct so he can get the Wyoming title. It's part of the service a sheriff provides here and costs nothing
When I paid off my lease with title in hand, I went to the tax office for a title transfer only. I had apportioned plates from Indiana. I didn't pay sales tax in Texas
Idaho requires a vin inspection but it is done at the DMV. You don't get your IRP plates from the DMV though, that is through the Sate Police Motor Carrier Division. The truck is looking good. Hope the paperwork goes smoothly.
How's the new trucks APU working? The color on it looks great. You will love the fuel mileage, especially when the wind dies down. Do you ever take Mrs Clutch on any trips? My wife would go with me once in a while, but couldn't t get used to the cattle balling and moving around. Maybe Dakota Company that makes those subs will give you a decal for your new fridge. Hello Rusty, Bill
If you have ifta and Irp you don’t pay sales tax. You only pay sales tax if the truck stays in state no otr or regional. We had the same issue in utah you need to register at salt lake dmv not any other smaller branch. They will refund if you already paid taxes
As tight as that fridge fits under microwave, it should help keep it from moving too much, true? At least it can’t tip over apparently. How have you secured it in place or intend to?
Mr. Clutch, I know you how you want to set up your new truck. UA-camr, RoadRunna Nia, did a good job maximizing her sleeper space. You may want to take a look at her Truck Tour video for some interesting ideas.
I don’t know the model number but I am reasonably sure it’s an Insignia from Best Buy. I think he mentioned it in one of the two previous videos about this new truck.
It’s a 120 volt. Insignia 4.9 cf fridge/freezer. As u saw in video. If u take out lower cabinet/fridge. Fits perfect. However you’ll need an inverter to run it
@@ClutchTruckerWhen I go to Truckomart it always blows my mind to see a 12V 2.5 cubic ft fridge priced at more than a $1000. Meanwhile a 5.9 cubic ft 120V fridge is priced @ $300 or less at Walmart.

It's easy to start your own IRP. I was leased on to a company and when I licensed my truck in my company name I started my IRP account and it's real easy if you have your own fuel card
I forgot to mention last time, that automatic transmission will be nice until you're in raining and snow/ice conditions, I don't like them, it doesn't respond like a manual transmission, be alert to it when those conditions are present.. oh and when backing up to the dock, mine likes to take off fast, is hard to control speed those last 4 feet before hitting the dock..
@@jaeinnmoon3279mine is 2015, my first automatic, I heard they have gotten glitches out and gotten better, but you can't convince me, I still prefer manual transmission 100% and my CB radio. Guess I'm kinda old school!

Mr CT those Refrigerators are noice I mean . I try to used one but every made so much noice when I was driving like the compressor
If it’s stable enough shouldn’t be an issue. I’ve had good luck with the Insignia brand. The Hisense from Lowe’s are garbage
“I look at this door more often” I don’t know why but I found that pretty funny.

Are you putting the toilet in? Can you remove passenger seat for additional room? Like the color best of luck

12v or 120v?

$8000 per year for plates in Australia
Ouch! And I thought $2K was high

Trying to get a vehicle licensed and titled in Wyoming from out of state is a pain. And if you get something without a title forget it.

You just add the new truck on your IRP

Why don't you get your hazardous materials license - just curious
