Yeah, South Dakota DOT is dedicated.
Saw them out inspecting trucks last Sunday morning in the wind and rain!!! They are not fair weather inspectors.
I really gotta be on my best behavior on any loads to/through SD.
Road pirates!!!
Cool shout-out from Justin regarding the 1010.
Glad you got rolling fairly quick.
Happy trails 🎉🎉🎉
Keep on truckin' Clutch
I think you used to be in radio or broadcasting? Love your videos! Reason I say is because I was too
Absolutely
Sucks you had issues so soon. Love the color and the Driver's lounge is great. I was looking at ordering a Crascadia glider back in '16 and the. Lounge was like an $8,000 option then! That was the previous generation though.
Smooth!
I'm wondering how many pounds of paper work we're buried under every year. I'm all for cleaning up our environment just not sure if Def system is the best answer. Were all pulling for you keep on trucking clutch trucker.
Good question!
I really like the extra gauges also. You should add a mechanical boost gauge or EGT in the spare gauge space.
Well the breakdowns begin, this will happen quite often...🙏🙏🙏
Same with the Volvo
Might be worth to save up for your ct1
DOT Again? I am thinking this is 6th Inspection? Hummmmm South Dakota.
Clutch, SD dot must be on a first name basis with you by now.
You’d think
I’m in what some people a consider a “real truck” and I’m missing the cascadia sleeper birth
I would use the upper bunk, if you can. Take out one of the seats below and put in a sink. The old truck was more apt. like. I understand that we have to make changes....
I'm guessing his copilot prefers the lower bunk, HA !!!
Hope it all works out. Did you trade your other truck to the dealer in York? I have a young nephew in Kearny that hauls cattle out of that area and he s looking for a good older piece to use for hauling fat cattle from feedlots to processors on a short haul. Thanks, Bill
Hopefully he is going to fix it. Mabye not worth it for a usual 8 year old truck, but the glider kits are holding their values so well worth it to re-power it!
Still have the Coronado
@@ClutchTrucker If you still have it, please take some advice from someone who has owned and ran as an O/O for many years, keep the Coronado around until you are sure that new truck isn't going to cost you all your shippers. It looks like its a nickel and dime you to death syndrome so far. Thanks, Bill
You're going to get tired of fueling that thing. I had similar situation back in the day. Employer speed ultra light weight freight liners to haul steel. One 110 gal. Tank on driver side other side had big air tank to operate air starter. Operated with 1 12volt battery not 4. Saved weight but real pain fueling sometimes twice a day. Good luck
What are you doing with CT1?
I asked him that the other day. He said probably sell it.
It’s at home for now.
Why not put the top bunk down and put shelves on that? That way, you have the latter in case you need to get something that may be high up. That what I did. Just a thought.
In order to use the two seats and dinette table, the upper bunk must be folded up to give person headroom and space to stand up, at least in the two feet closest to front edge.
But he can put some narrow shelves along back wall that won’t block that space, ok?
What power inverter are you using?
1,500 in new truck
Thanks for the audio fix. Sounds better. Thanks for the info on the Park Smart APU. 🙏🏼🫡
Clutch, I gotta ask. Where is the new Kwik Trip in Worthington? I know where the Blue Line Cafe/Truck Stop, the Holiday and Speedway Trick stops are but not the Kwik Trip.
Its located on the north side of town, the intersection of US59 and I-90
I been there 2 weeks ago and must say that place is really nice prices is amazing
Same exit as the Casey’s
How you like the automatic
Getting used to it
You should kept your coronado
If I can. Yes
Clutch you got a used truck what I called buying other people problems truck. Not new truck off the yard
The warranty has saved my butt
Just the other day you were going on about how your company needed inspections to move up the broker food chain. Safer Web only shows you had two. Why so angry?
We have over 9. It should show that
Freightliner... I used to insure them. GARBAGE.
You should have looked at Volvo.
We can’t participate in the white Volvo mafia
